Also, the banters between Majima and Yuki are amazing, hahaha. I really like how this activity is done. Both story and gameplay is much better than Kiryu's real estate. It sucks that the pay isn't nearly as good as Kiryu's though.
Anyway, the third star is down! Might call it a day for now.

He only has a handful of different attacks and they all have huge telegraphs. The key to beating him is just being patient; any time you get greedy he's going to send you flying. The big dumb spin-around swing he does is the best time to get a combo in on him, so just stay relatively close to him (so he doesn't do the annoying headlong charge), wait for that attack, dodge it then run in and beat him up. Repeat for like ten straight minutes

Just keep you distance and bait out the charge move. Then run around the attack and use the square, triangle attack only. I say that combo because you want the heat action and triangle combo attacks give you the best boost. Then it's all patience and using weapon heat actions. The big swing attack punch he does is another good opportunity but then sometimes he follows it up with a kick or some other combo. Best to wait till he is on one knee completely for that one.
It's easier to dodge if you aren't locked on and just run around.

Question, are heat moves shared across all fighting styles?, for some reason I assumed they were style specific, but I don't think that's the case.

so i just started my real estate agency! finished that chapter, took the money & bought some eatery & a pachinko place, in true sega form. i'm broke from hiring good staff as manager & security, and upgrades wiped me out till next collection as well.
what's the quickest way to start really making money here? should i just be focused on buying up property, or investing?

You're gonna have to spend a LOT of money to start making considerable amounts but by the end you're gonna have a lot of cash influx.
Investing would be my opinion but you should do both.

I'm really warming up to every single style. Slugger felt kinda cheap to me but by equipping different weapons, it becomes a lot more fun.
Breaker style is just so fun, with it's awesome music. Rush would be my personal favourite and it would benefit greatly from having the Breaker music playing.
Rush for Kazuma, especially handy for boss fights (playing on legendary atm) and breaker for crowdcontrol on goro/slugger for boss fights.

If you got the training from Fu Hei, some weapons have slugger specific moves.
The standard weapon square square square triangle is the best move in the game for me though.
What did you think that the Slugger training was for

66 hours after, I'm 100% on Real Estate and Kiryu fighting style are almost maxed.

You don't have to buy them, just beat each weapon's training with Fu Hei. As Toma said, you can just spam the square square square triangle combo and get it every time.
Not playing until Friday but installed the disc, it took 2 minutes for 25gb 😵 I know PS4 installs fast but this is a first. I recall with Y4 there was a lengthy install when you actually play, you see characters moving and being badass while it's installing. Is this the case with Y0 or is there no more installs like that?
Also I think I got my friend to buy the game😛 All I said was it's set in the 80's, it's a beat em up like Streets of Rage but 3D and you can play bowling and sing karaoke. That was enough and he never played a Yakuza game before.

That's the case with all PS4 games, they install blazingly fast. Even if it is just the "first part" of the game that's usually installed, it's still super fast.

Got to chapter 6, about 35 hours so far. Working on a lot of the mini games as I go for the completionist stuff (just done the telephone girls, Mahjong all the casino stuff etc) the Real Estate stuff looks like it will take a while, leisure was easy to 100% but the others are way expensive ha ha. Oh well I have sub stories to do and phone cards to find XD
