I’d have to look to see what countries actually have extradition treaties with the US, because I’m guessing anywhere else I want to live probably does.

I’m not sure what my country’s allies would be in this case.
But almost anyone with a million bucks or more would leave the disgrace that Italy has become, and the even worse disgrace it’s very probably going to turn into in the near future.
I speak decent English, and with all that money I wouldn’t really need to find a job, so the choice ain’t hard. Heck, with that money I could take with me literally every thing and person I really care about.

Not being able to go to countries that extradite to America, pretty much eliminates anything that isn't China, Russia or some backwater you want nothing to do with.

With that kind of cash you could probably buy the whole backwater, make it officially your kingdom, and establish a hereditary kingship.

Not exactly the best choices. But I would choose China if I was allowed. Being a millionaire in china is pretty similar to life in Europe and the states unless you practice certain religions.
