You have to order an absolutely absurd AAAA game - what do you tell them to make?

I'd make the ultimate game for virgin nerds, and an iteration of Palmer Luckey's famous VR headset that kills you irl when you loose in game.
The game would comes with a full body vr suit with haptic feedback all around, and the goal is to seduce and make sweet love to whoever you fancy.
The ground breaking aspect is that once you manage to beat the game, you officially loose your virginity irl.
Governement agencies will be hard to get on board but if we manage to get this thing off the ground...

Tom & Jerry GAAS mutliplayer.

Asymetric deathmatch, 4 mice against 1 cat. The mice set up traps to fuck up the cat and also have weapons like oversized baseball bats, frying pans and anvils with the ACME logo. The cat has tons of shit at his dispossal like mice traps and all kinds of dumb shit.

5 years in production, $200M budget. $80 on release, cat not included.
This could ba awesome, just without weapons and only traps, the mices should make the cat koed by traps, and the cat need to touch all the mices.

Different houses as battlegrounds, with mice having access to underground tunnels... OMG that would be awesome.

Red Dead Redemption 3

Edit: Oh sorry OP, you said "absurd game" so in that case I'd order Tom Hanks in The Terminal where he's stranded at JFK airport and it's an utterly extreme simulation of the entire airport up to the greatest possible detail level. You play as Tom eating leftover food and returning shopping carts for quarters to safe up money to survive. Tom's character is from Krakozhia and doesn't speak English, so you can't have meaningful conversations with anyone at the airport.

Don't forget the making stuff with glue mode from Zelda. Only this time it's spackle and there's only one correct solution or Tom doesn't get paid

A lavishly crated open world, story driven, mission based car combat game with a deep physics implementation that supports combat. It would have destructible buildings, etc. So a large part of the car combat would revolve around finding ways to smash your opponents into objects/buildings and have them collapse on top of them.
There would be on foot sections that would play similarly to TLOU II but also make heavy use of physics/destruction.
