DC really likes killing off Ted Kord. The others were seen in 'previews' but they could easily be flashback episodes.

we dont know how old this jaime is as well. it looks to simply be a difference of age with those two shots.

They both allude to only recently becoming BB so they should be around the same time period. But just in general attitude and posture, YJ's Jaime feels a lot less goofy and kind of nerdy like comics Jaime is. Might just be because he's hanging around other heroes though, comics Jaime acted like this a bit when he was hanging with the Titans.
