Domestic orders: We ship in stock items using the ship method
you selected. All remaining out of stock items will ship to
you as soon as they are received at no additional charge.
International orders: Due to the higher cost of shipping
overseas, international orders will be placed on hold pending
arrival of all the items unless we hear from you.
