GTX560. Runs worse than BF4 while looking also worse. I hope the final game will be better optimised.

Can get high textures if I set everything else low.. even this its jerky
Seems textures can look shut and be smooth or nicer and jerky?

I'm getting the error "failed to get token" from Origin when I click play. Solved it by changing servers. Simple solution but not documented online.

I think I like this game, usually I'm pretty bad with fps but with titanfall it feels different, and it runs butter smooth on my 7950 (everything on max 8msaa etc) 60 fps locked !

Is there a reason why there's no blood currently? ERSB description mentioned crushing pilots and the like whereas the two times I pulled a pilot out in my last game he just got thrown aside. Game is really fun though, ejecting from the titan and then running from rooftop to rooftop was exhilarating. BF4 and Titanfall really scratch my love of verticality in shooters.
Whole bunch of weird stuttering though, have a constant 60 FPS but with vsync and triple buffering on there are still moments where it acts up.

I've encountered some astoundingly bad players on PC, and every time I start to feel good about the rampage I'm on, a little voice in my head whispers, "Yeah, great job, big boy, that guy was probably using a controller..."
Which is the same emotional roller coaster I feel every time I snap-kill an infantryman, only to realize that it was just an AI grunt. :-(

I've played five or six matches this morning and I would agree the game is certainly fun, but I am hard pressed to get on board with the idea that it will blow your mind. I'm curious as to how deep the game is...we shall see.

Some stats I had this one amazing game of hardpoint that probably cause the spike but couldn't screenshot it because radeonpro screenshot function causes the game to crash. My Origin ID is ThedXZed only one person has the beta on my friends list need some more.

I got in a couple of rounds this AM and this game is fun. The graphics are not the top of line but things are happening too fast to notice. If I had to describe the game it would be to say it is fast CoD 2142. Had to put the mouse setting all the way to the max, the default setting was sluggish. I also noticed could this game be a little easy? Maybe its just the hectic nature of the game, things get that way in TDM in certain maps on BF3 also.
It is very fun though, from the little I have played, good job Respawn. I am considering getting this on release day.

Am I the only person unable to run it on their laptop? Is it detecting my lower graphics card than the proper graphics card?
I guess I'm not allowed to play it because of my laptop's video card (ati mobility radeon 5650), or something. Even though the graphics card is switched to the right one. After the splash screens, just get a black screen. Is there a fix for this? Windowed?

Yeah at first I played it like CoD and it felt like decent enough. Then I started understanding how to parkour and it really feels like a new experience. You can traverse distance so fast and you never feel vulnerable even with the fast kill times on a pilot.
It also puts more emphasis on teamplay with the Titans, since the kill times are long if you are in them. Long kill times, increases the emphasis of focus fire. The vortext shield makes flanking more important.
I do feel like the skill ceiling isn't particularly high, but it's still beta so people aren't that good and all the options aren't available yet. So I can't be sure how much better you can get in this game.

Note: This is a 4:3 resolution, so I highly doubt it's because my machine can't handle the game.
I'm with you. It feels like the type of game that comes along once a decade.

yeah, this. while i think its good, i am a bit let down. not sure how long something like this can hold my interest. i do think it will be a resounding success though with the cod guys.
This was my impression since I watched the first video. And I've been gaming for almost three decades.

Also, anyone streaming know why the streams are so dark? Using XSplit myself. It's also really choppy at points only in the stream. I don't think the beta likes being streamed.
Having played this game here I am very disappointed.

I'm also worried that after a while it just won't be fun after a few weeks. I really can't see the long term appeal. Sure there are challenges, but what else will be included? It's getting very close to launch and I just can't see how this will grab people's attention for long.
IMO it's not a COD, Battlefield Killer, not yet. The potential is there, but I don't think it'll be realised until Titanfall 2.

Man, my skills playing online shooters are rusty as fuck. It's been almost a year, I think.
How is the long term appeal any different than say COD or BF4? We don't even know anything about the campaign aspects of the game yet.

Repeating again: Nvidia users experiencing stuttering with vsync should play in windowed mode. No tearing, less (but still some) stuttering.

Cod / Battlefield 4 have lots of different game modes and a campaign / as well as being developed by large teams. There is no way this game will be able to match that. Also both games have larger scale multiplayer which helps mix things up. I just don't think there is going to be enough here to match that. After all it isn't that long until launch.
People have hyped this game up to the eyeballs and disappointment is inevitable imo.
