With (some) money being involved for rent, I would advise OP to check what the law says first, just to be safe if you do kick her out and then she calls five-O and all of a sudden she has all the cards on her side. If the law stipulates something special with you taking money for rent from her.

Kick her out, if no documents of any sort have been signed then you don't have to let her stay, and she doesn't have anything to stand on in regards to her friends coming over either. The whole common law marriage thing doesn't exist either as people think, it doesn't matter how long you would have been together, if nothing has been signed between you by law she has no standing on anything.
More so if she isn't paying you rent already, you are the home owner, if you want to be nice wait to the end of Febuary, but I can see no legal reason why you can't kick her to the curb after that if you wanted to.

Nope not on a break. She went to California to visit family and she went to furcon and fucked some dudes. Then she lied about behind my back. On a non contract lease it's basically your house your rules; although it would have been better to set up rules before hand. Under a normal residential lease you would be able to set up a maximum number of visitors and how long they can stay. Since this is room rental however, there isn't really any legal basis either way without a contract.
As my personal opinion, I agree with you, paying rent doesn't grant you unlimited freedom to it in all forms.
