Main nerf to Centaur is that he can only do 1 stomp at level 1 from full mana, but if he buys a Null to start he can still do 2 stomps then you can build that null into a Veil later on, so it's not all bad.

Base armor is separate from the stat based.

And it's 7 agility per one armor so even if it did it would be like half an armor.
