I use Velcro ties to tie a bunch together and then try to stick them in a place that is out of the way.

We actually bought a 40 dollar wall/gate type thing that we stuck in front of the tv. We have ours mounted on a hanging stand (not sure what the correct term is) and we were afraid of them knocking it over and hurting themselves. The wall worked great until they ripped it apart at about age 1.3 years.

I like the velcro tie idea! I'm gonna buy a big pack on Amazon.
