It looks like all other recent Batman games, there's nothing special about it. Wouldn't lose any sleep over it if I was a Wii U only owner. It wasn't the most exciting let alone best game in E3 unless you want to say the same of all other seauels shown.

Let's not get hung up on one game. Arkham City is just an example of all the games that aren't coming to the Wii U but are coming to the other next-gen consoles.

Personally, No Man's Sky is what I'm hyped the most for, but I'm trying to step into the shoes of the common man. Far Cry 4, Arkham Knight, The Crew, The Division, Assassin's Creed Unity, Rainbow Six, Battlefront, UFC, FIFA, etc. etc. These are just more examples of all the games. And even if the Wii U had all those games, it's not like it would make a difference.
