I'm torn.. the fashion is telling me Warlock, the gameplay is telling me Titan.
...and the gold shimmer specials are telling me Hunter.
I don't know if my hypetrain can keep on the rails until the 18th....

it would be like a robot of some kind that that Ghost attaches too and controls, man that would be pretty badass lol.And from what i read the beta is going to start at like 10am PDT so maybe the codes will be available at midnight on the 17th? this way you can dl it before you go to sleep and have a few hours for it to dl before the beta starts? I could be wrong but im pretty sure thats what i read that its going to start, hope that helps.
Also all this back and forth and people butting head about which class is better just making it even harder for me to choose between Hunter and Warlock...they both look soo damn badass. But i gotta admit the arc blade thing looks pretty freaking sweet lol ^_^

I would gladly buy a Dinklage DLC if it was ever offered.

Yup, it's probably not going to be ready until closer to the 17th. Everyone selecting Europe is getting the same message at the moment.Still getting an error when selecting a PS4 Europe codeI hope they fix it soon

Was thinking of changing my pre order to the limited edition just a minute ago and noticed Amazon put the price up from £88 to £95
I did notice though shopto have it available for pre order too at £92, but is there a cheaper retailer, will more retailers be selling it like Asda or Tesco?

Probably answered before, but let's say I redeem my beta key for Xbox 360, and play the beta on this console, and in September or whatever, I decide to get a PS4 or Xbox One (probably Xbox One for Halo), would anything I've unlocked in the beta on 360 be tied to my Bnet account? Ie. emblems, special gear?

Nothing from the beta carries over to release apart from a player icon you get for playing on the 26th. That icon is tied to your Bungie.net account so will work for anything associated with that account.
not 100% sure about this... unless the game is cross gen or cross platform (its not cross platform) if its cross gen, you may be able to log into your character similar to MMO's like FFXIV... but i REALLY doubt you can carry over a character from xbox to playstation... im interested in this actually.

I still can't get my head around the way bungie do "groups". Is it just a place to discuss the game on the site via the forums or is there something more I'm missing? Will anything appear in game to indicate i'm part of this clan/group?

It is, they're using a digital filter now. His lines were never going to be rerecorded, only "updated."
I'm sat here in the office and started thinking how I'm going to approach the beta. What will my plan of action be?

So in which order is everyone planning on tackling the upcoming beta?
I'll probably go:
- Story (if it starts as the alpha did)
- explore mode to level up and collect glimmer
- tower to spend my glimmer and dance
- strike a few times to earn some sweet loot
- crucible to kick some ass (or get my ass kicked)
- ...then I'll just hop around on whatever mode takes my fancy or whatever my fire team want to tackle.

It's the parent group from which all GAF-based Destiny Clans will spawn, e.g. PS4DestinyGAF, XboneDestinyGAF etc. because Clans are capped at 150 members, but then you have Alliances and such.
