Antonio on CNN
Anonymous just posted the name of the responding officer that shot Mike Brown
Yet you believe the media is concerned with accuracy.
I'd assume the media would be more keen on the story now that they're getting arrested for no reason just like everybody else
They are living the dream, man. You can bet they can't wait to start shooting live ammo. What a badass. Pointing down the barrel of a scope on unarmed peaceful fellow American citizens.

Could be both are full of shit![]()
Never trust Anonymous. They're never concerned with accuracy. Media's in town now so the name will come out.
The whole 'largest prison population on the planet' lends it a further bleak irony. For a country that always bleats on about Freedom, its funny how much of a Police state America is.

Uh, why? That account was inaccurate yesterday on this very same topic and has been very inaccurate in the past. There's no reason to trust them until more details come from somewhere else.Stop posting.
Yes but bear in mind that the U.S media has... issues regarding race and talking about it. I wouldn't put it above Fox or CNN attempting to downplay what's the root of this.
I doubt it. My point is they are no better or worse then some of the other outlets at the moment, as they were utterly not concerned about this story the previous night.
Everything that has been said has already been said, but...I seriously want to know.
If any white American claims they aren't racist, then why, WHY after all of these stories (Trayvon, Ferguson, etc) do some still claim with a straight face that American society isn't built upon institutionalized racism?
This is gone beyond just sheer denial, I'm almost inclined to believe genuine support for such actions, because it doesn't affect them, why should they give a shit?
Just saw this today online.
Looking at their twitter feeds currently. This doesn't seem like its going to go well for anyone:

We have conditioned a culture that racism is old hat. It just so happens to be out of everyday consciousness. We have youth who've fallen into this trap too, as they have bought the bullshit of American Individualism, that racism has next to no impact on how far your social standing can go.
What it really comes down to is apathy. People think of themselves, and while they may not be racist, they are in a culture permeated on taking arbitrary differences and "ranking" the worth of others on those differences. Like poverty, it doesn't become an issue in an individual's life unless they themselves are affected, and that itself is the problem. It leads to societal apathy, and apathy is, fundamentally, accepting the status quo.
If people hated racism, among the massive amount of other bugbears we have, people would riot in the streets. But until it directly affects them, it's not an issue. It's why this garbage continues. Apathy IS acceptance, and many people are incredibly apathetic to all of our social problems. Unless they're the poor little me caught up in it, of course.
Sickening shit.
What's with these drama queen reactions to my post? And, no, that was absolutely not my point. I just wanted to bring his point of view into this thread.

Anonymous are awful at releasing relevant or correct information and anything from them should be immediately taken with a gigantic mountain of salt.
They could get it right this time, but chances are they're full of shit and have once again pointed the finger at someone who has nothing to do with this.

Why do you think the news outlets were there in the first place, Sanj?

Considering how much incorrect info they've provided so far...I'm not sure what to believe.

I'm not sure we should post this pic around until we get better sources.
Anon thinks that Facebook person is.Uh is that the cop?

We can go back and forth on this all day long. Not a single media outlet will be 100% accurate. Anon's track rate is right at every other media outlet in the US.

They are all there, they just aren't covering anything. Primarily the footage I saw last night was from already existing livestreams on MSNBC. Even after that, CNN and FOXNews really didn't give much information out.
Uh no. They aren't facts if they aren't right.Because of the fact that anyone searching for facts can be wrong or right. The sad thing is, Anon is better at getting the fact than most of us journalist are because they did deep. We journalist have to trust the words of strangers who can be liars. Documents that are tucked away usually spread the truth and that's the reason they're tucked away.
That's one way to put it, yeah. I agree on Fox, unsure on CNN, but everyone else seems pretty steamed.
