Nice my limited edition gold wireless white headset from Sony is coming in tomorrow. Originally the estimated date was mid september

Not the worst idea in the world. Was gonna start a Destiny story thread myself, but I'm planning on waiting 'till I get all the way through it.

If I seem bitter, it's because I kind of am. I managed to fool myself into thinking that there had to be something else to this, but no, it's really just that awful. Halo might not have had the deepest, most revolutionary storytelling, but it was orders of magnitude better than this.

And before I hear anything about how "it's a social game, you can't expect it to be story-heavy," I'm not. It's literally worse than most MMOs I've played.

It's a drag that we get people spoiling the story, we need a spoiler thread. Let everyone enjoy the game at their own pace. If you absolutely need to blow your story load, go to gamefaqs, or hold it for the eventual spoiler thread.
 
So, why can't I download the PS4 version of the game? I did the Digital Guardian Edition for PS3 since you also get the PS4 version. When I go to the store on the PS4 and add it to my cart, it still says that I owe 89.99. Of I just add the game, it says I owe 59.99. WTF is going on?

Played for a few hours, already level 8. Seems about the same time it took me in the beta. Bounties unlocking early actually speed it up a bit.

I think the PS3>PS4 upgrade starts working on Friday.

erm are you positive about that? that doesn't sound right to me, i don't think bungie/acti/sony or anyone else would do that, unless you pay something to upgrade
