Siri is built into Apple Watch.
Does it need to be, considering a much more powerful device is needed with it?
Why not just send and receive the data between the watch and phone.

The way the interface will work in tandem with the haptic feedback I'm sure will be one of those thing you won't get till you try it yourself. But when you do it'll be slick as fuck. The whole thing looks crazy slick.
And they aren't boasting about creating a dial. It's the way it integrates with and navigates the UI intuitively. The same way the click wheel made the iPod so great.

So is there no option for people who wear watches on their right wrist?
The idea behind the crown dial is to not cover the screen. Having the dial on the right side of watch clearly is designed for that to be worn on the left wrist and to use your right hand to rotate the dial. Doing it the other way makes it more awkward in usability to not cover the screen.
The only people freaking out about that are people who don't have iPhones who weren't going to buy an Apple wearable anyway.
Obviously a better design, but the black bar at the bottom and the huge watch face (i have small wrists) are deal-killers for me.
You can flip it, no? It is digital, so I would imagine you can reorient the screen.
Ahh man that sucks. I had an instructor once with this. Even holding coins in her hand for periods of times causes her to breakout. Does this happen to you too?
Fair enough, but then even Samsung's new watch looks better imo.

If Apple move away from the bubbly look, and back to the slick, machined, straight edged chamfered look, it'd be more appealing for me personally.
Thank goodness we can view our photos on a watch now. Innovative!
Because you are a consumer whore and you need to have the shiniest toys to feel like your life means anything.
Yes it does, heart rate monitor, pedometer, waterproofing to 3.3 feet up to 30 minutes
There are standalone apps since beginning of july
Why would you look at a photo gallery on your watch when you have a phone with you?
He's using Siri on his watch to check movie times. Just take your goddamned phone out of your pocket!

everything about this is ugly
any other company would get laughed at
To each their own(if you guys actually own one, which I doubt in see5sharp's case). The Pebble is exactly what I want a smartwatch to be, a simple extension of your phone with long battery life. I love my Pebble Steel and I never leave the house without it.
I think both Android Wear and the Apple Watch miss the mark on why people even wear watches in the first place.
