How do I do clan stuff in game?
Sadly, you don't.
How do I do clan stuff in game?
Got this yesterday.

Have you tried 'Impossible' yet?
I woke up and was reminded that iron banner is still a month away, so dumb :`(

Is anyone else picking up random stuff during PvP games? I picked up a Mote of Light just now, and I saw on the screen update that some guy found a Legendary Engram. What is going on there?
EDIT: Maybe my Mote of Light was because I gained experience .. ?
Oh balls! Was looking forward to getting into it on the 16th. Apparently I need 76 light to reach level 26. Time to run the strike list I think.
Wait, what?
Ok, what other content is NOT available today??
You can have both. You just have not yet unlocked the Shotgun ammo upgrade. They unlock from left to right. When upgrades are in a column, those are the ones you will have to choose between (but once unlocked you can swap between upgrades within a column freely).
Keep it on your vault. Hopefully they'll allow something like transmogrification in the future.Calling all Hunters....
I happened across an Uncommon Helmet that has a scarf/snood over your mouth/nose. Combined with the hood of the cloak, I look like a Space Bandit. It's very sexy.
Has anyone come across higher tier examples? At the moment I'm guilty of form over function when it comes to this damn helmet.
So Titans who have played a bunch: for PvP do you prefer Striker or Defender subclass? I think I would much prefer the Defender Super, but everything else seems to keep me leaning towards Striker.
How do you get light? By equipping items which have light stat?
What about Motes of light? How do I get those?
It starts becoming quite difficult to level weapon perks with Rare (Blues) and onwards. Would Crucible be the most consistent way to level them? I found bounties are good too.

yes, like Light +5, Light + 18 etc... about 20 = 1 light level
motes of light = every time you level again and you can get it as a random drop from pvp/pve matches
1. what the fuck was rasputin into
2. who was the exo talking to
3. what even was that thing at the end anyways
4. etc
so many unanswered questions
Finally hit 20 and have some rare light gear. We kinda figured out that strike playlist on hard is the route to take for pretty good drops. I need to level up the cryptarch badly.
But the green circle around the outside of the shotgun upgrade is all the way filled up!
Maybe it's just like 1% of one pixel away...
Thanks for the reply!
blink strike's range is laughably bad but its unmatched when you play it off of the shotgun. feels like a guaranteed kill in close range no matter what kind of fukkery comes into play. people just can't back up quick enough
same. compared to the beta... those dudes have no love at all lol
Pick the mission and hover over the logo and it will tell you.It says for example 'Arc Burn' on the weekly strike, what does that mean?
Am I allowed to put my Expansion Pass code in the store yet? My mom said that the guys at GStop said I couldn't put it in until a certain date or it wouldnt work? Can I put it in the store? Has anyone done it yet?
I made the switch to blade dancer and omg I'm having so much fun with the arc blade and blink strikes. I haven't gotten use to the blink strike range yet. Also cant wait to unlock the talent that turns you invisible after a blink strike kill. The only thing I really hate is nova bombs...

But it means arc damage is much more powerful. So use arc weapons and prepare to be pooped on by all the enemies using arc
hmm almost reached Crucible level 1, but haven't met anyone with blink yet though, everyone is just jumping around lol
Thanks for the info. I am on windows phone as well so no companion app for me either. I know I suck at PvP due to the Beta and al other FPS. It seems using this thread is the best method of teaming up unless you want to spam friends which I hate. Also the interface for inviting on PSN is ridiculous as is the fact when you join a fire team you have to leave the level and re enter. My psn is Nick_or_Dawood hit me up if you want to do some mediocre PvP or do some levels.you don't see your clan in-game apart from an emblem on your tag.
So far clans are just a way for a community to discuss and, eventually, plan game sessions.
In order to do so, either you're stuck to your PC or you need the Destiny app.
I'm on windows phone, so fuck me I guess.
and no, you can't copy/paste lists of people. and that sucks. because fuck sending 20 friends requests..when back from work with that itch to go play immediatly some crucible matches until some of my PSN friends are online for some PvE.
If people need a titan, a friend, alover, feel free to add me. PSN : feronantusaverage only at FPS ;-)
also I love this game. and I'm starting to see how this is a love letter to the people who spent too much playing Halo. I hate grinding. I only did for the major Square games of the 90's. I think people don't give Bungie enough praise for making FPS grinding a palatable experience to average players looking for a sci-fi fix with great mechanics.
Bungle loves us whether you hate the Crucible or can't find people to join your fireteam.

not blink. blink strike - blade dancer melee ability. it's range is basically CoD MW2 knife at best.
Defender is good for capture points and has saved me in battle a total of two times last night, but you do feel weak due to no super damage move like everyone else has.
I'm going to stick with my titan and hope things get better.
I prefer Striker! I go run and gun style, so it works best for me. Also, Aftermath on AOE Super gives so much crowd control and is very good on Control.
The sticky one?seriously though - i think blade dancers have the best grenades in the game on top of being the fastest by far
i haven't even touched the invis stuff yet.
What's everyone's favorite PvP mode?
Mine is Control since it's hectic enough. Can't stand Clash - too many tryhards for my liking and it feels more like work and less like fun. Rumble is fun. Haven't tried the 4th yet.
People keep talking about a weekly strike...do you need to be level 20 to see it or something?
same. compared to the beta... those dudes have no love at all lol
Cool, may just stick with striker for a while. I also like to run and gun. The super is kind of meh to me (it's powerful but doesn't feel like it involves any level of skill), but besides that everything feels good.
