I used to down that stuff whenever I could get my hands on it.

Not really a soda guy anymore, but I wouldn't mind seeing how it tastes.

already sold out, lol.

Does anyone remember Slice? There was Lime Slice, Orange Slice, Starwberry Slice, what happened to that Soda?

What about Vanilla Coke? That was off the hook.

vanilla coke is still around, but regionally i guess. I've got a 12 pack in my fridge. I also get mountain dew livewire here.

SURGE was meh at best. Bring back Sprite remix

Sprite remix was great, damn, I want some now.

Mandarin Orange Slice was unique and tasty. Big part of my childhood.

Whatever happened to Hires root beer? That was the BEST root beer. Anyone remember Hires?

I used to drink this shit all the time as a kid. Looooooooooved it. Too bad (or is it?) I don't drink soft drinks/caffeine anymore or else I'd be all over this.

That product launch was so crazy, they came in a van and gave away free cans at my school when they added it to the vending machines.

I also remember the constant SURGE product placement on WCW Nitro.

We would have probably had epic DEW v.s. SURGE video game wars if the drink had lasted a few more years.

I loved Surge when I was younger and I would beg my parents to buy it whenever they went shopping. I was so disappointed when it was discontinued and I'd always hoped they'd eventually bring it back. I kinda want to try it just to see if it's still as good as I remember. Hopefully I don't become addicted to it again.

Was this even popular? I was under the impression no one drank it, which is why it stopped being sold. I tried it once, it was meh.

commercials were awesome though.

It was extremely popular for their "target audience" I would say males between age of 11-15.

But I want it bad now.

Hopefully they keep up production for the demand. I don't want to resort to a Surge Black Market once this 12 pack is finished.

My friend and I made a "Surge Shrine" in the woods with empty cans when we were younger.

My roommate has Prime and I think he bought some so hopefully I'm bonging some Surge later this week.

Never had this before. Ordered a 12 pack just to try it out especially since people compare it to Vault.

This is an amazing day. Almost 15 years ago myself and Eric Karkovack started SaveSURGE.Org just as it was slowly disappearing from store shelves. We worked for years and maintained until a few years back when the way more hardcore fans at the SURGE Movement picked up where we left off and worked tirelessly to make this happen.

I still remember those days back on the BevNet BevBoard when I was a sophmore in high school and back then we really had no idea how to build a movement but we figured we would try anyway since complaining on a web forum isn't gonna change anything. Thanks to Eric and the rest of those early people we put together SaveSURGE.Org but never were quite able to pull it off the goal. There were so many false starts and "almosts" from people quite high up the food chain. It was surprisingly stressful for a young pup like me!

Many props to all the people at the SURGE Movement who went the extra mile and put in blood, sweat, tears, and quite a few bucks into making this dream a reality. You guys deserve and have my total admiration. Better SURGE fans than could have ever was.

I'm just so glad and proud to have been there from the very beginning almost 14 years ago- or so says my bio on SS.org (crazy!!). At 28 it's been half a lifetime and I honestly started to give up hope just as the Movement really found it's footing thanks to the hard work of so many people. A hearty thanks to everybody involved for making this happen and giving SURGE the 2nd chance it deserves. All those guys and gals friggin rock! Can't wait to taste the nectar while it's still warm outside and maybe for the first time in years chug it and not worry about spilling a drop!

How much did you order, out of curiosity?

I had one of these Surge bottle coolers from ~1997. I worked in a grocery store, they used it to sell drinks outside all Summer, and then they were going to ship it back to the Coke distributor. I asked if I could have it and I was shocked when they said yes! We used it for parties a couple of times at home and then I eventually took it to college...it didn't survive. I regret it to this day.

I guess they already sold out and won't get more stock til the 27th.

Reading the comments on Amazon is killing me.. side hurts.

Will be ordering and will give the delivery guy one.

Im pretty sure Surge will give me instant gut-rot at my age, but Ill be damned if I aint gonna buy a case regardless.

I used to build Surge shines in my friends yards out of the empty boxes and cans in the middle of the night.

Guess there is gonna be a bunch of late-nights again...

I think I joined Savesurge.org in 2004 or 2005 and it's crazy to think that we actually got it back. Thanks for you guys for starting it all. My 12 pack will be delivered on Thursday. Might have to bust out the N64 and PS1!

I missed it when it was in stock and they said on chat that it won't be back in stock for 3 weeks!

FUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUrge
