Yup. Max Attack is 300 atm and I believe every Legendary and Exotic Weapon maxes at 300 (with a possible exception to the Queens stuff maybe).

I need a program like that but for .webms. It's a hassle to make a gif, upload it to a webm conversion site, download the .webm and rehost it. I wish the PS4 share had an options to go straight to gif or webm. It'd get so much use.

Golden chests do not have guaranteed loot. I believe they choose from a small list of possible outcomes. I usually get the same stuff as the rest of my fire team, but I've seen a few discrepancies.

Kinda disappointing that Sauros Regime is being sold by Xur now....I found it off a legendary engram and now I don't feel like it's so special/rare anymore
Yes it makes me want to keep using my Monte Carlo but Suros Regime is so much better it's not even funny.

All I got was a legendary engram which turned into a legendary pulse rifle (The Conduit). Already had another legendary pulse rifle maxed out (Strange Suspect). For as hard as Nightfall is it should be giving out guaranteed legendaries and exotics, not engrams.
As much as I want to save for my cloak: yes, I will do this for the good of the community. How much do the emblems cost?
That's actually the literally first time I've ever heard of someone getting an engram from the nightfall. totally positive it wasn't the weekly heroic?
See this sort of thing on paper may seem like "oh exploration let players find out" but in reality it drives players nuts. Its the same reason Blizzard puts exactly what special things weapons do right on the weapon now.

If you don't have another Exotic Armor piece and the bonuses on the Xur chest piece are what you like, then I'd say it's worth buying. Then just keep your Legendary equipped while you knock out some bounties and then equip the Exotic Chest before each turn in. This way you can level the chest piece until it exceeds the Light on your Legendary and never have to suffer performance wise.

Yeah I felt that the first time it lowered the shot speed it was worse, but when you add even more upgrades this thing is a beast, in PVP and PVE. Loving that 100% stability
Too bad it will eventually get nerfed by bungie.....
Helmet with perks geared toward PVP. There's an exotic helmet engram if you want to try your luck too.

Honestly none of the exotics are that rare. There's only a small handful of exotic weapons and armor and Xur well end up selling most of them. Legendaries seem much more diverse and hard to find.Kinda disappointing that Sauros Regime is being sold by Xur now....I found it off a legendary engram and now I don't feel like it's so special/rare anymore

Has anyone here on GAF picked up the XV0 Timebreaker from the Raid? I've only seen a vid of it and those legendary and exotic vehicles make a covetous man out of me.
Also wondering when the Exotic Sparrow, the S-99 Dawnchaser, will get introduced and whether or not having it equipped will count in the "two exotics" item limit. I'd doubt it though.
My 23 coins are going towards the Emerald Coil when I get home as I'm currently going for the Invective bounty and wasn't into the Hunter helm Xur was selling. Love me some vehicles.

At best its a slight tweak to the RNG outcome.
I wouldn't even bother TBH unless there is a item that increases your legendary decrypt rate something silly like 50%.

There are 5 in each planet... you can check how many you found on the planet screen like "3/5" or "1/5"... they are some kind hidden and give good rewards when you are playing the campaign but not so much after lvl20.

It works good in PVE as well (the Veil) so long as your not one of those players who simply cheese through all of PVE. If you actually like to get in the action the Veil is great.

The only discrepancies are in what comes from each chest depending on the order than you open them with a few exceptions. For example, everyone in my fireteam got that Rabbit emblem from the first Moon Chest, however I got a piece of gear. Then I looked at my Emblem inventory and realized that I didn't have room to pick up an emblem.
