In Infinity Gauntlet, normal Cap was the last one standing against Thanos. Sure, he got pimp slapped after that, but he was still the last hero standing. He don't need a power up.

Looking at her IMDB, the only movies with hers I've seen are Looper, which was awful, and The Wind Rises, which was excellent. Looper also had crappy performances from otherwise great actors, so I won't exactly blame her for that one.

No new solo Iron Man movie so they must think that franchise has run it's course and they're ready to move on after Civil War. But they don't have to kill him off. Anybody can be in the suit as a lesser cameo role.

Even if they do, you know how it works in the comics. Killing somebody off is never permanent.

It has more to do with them having to pay in something like 100 million + to RDJ for him to even consider making another movie, and they are just not willing to do that, or he is willing to move on already.

I'm pretty sure if they could make infinite movies with him they would.

Honestly? I think it's more that Avengers is his franchise now. He's got to be second lead in Cap, and there's no way he isn't making ridiculous bank on that.

I'm intrigued by the positioning of Avengers 3:1 and 3:2, with Captain Marvel and Inhumans in between. Marvel movies don't really jump around time wise all that much so I wonder if they're going to establish a new status quo at the end of part 1 that gets built up by those two films for a big finale in part 2.

So I had a theory regarding Civil War, considering the lack of secret identities in the MCU...

What if the registration is not of secret identities, but basically a selective service as all superheroes are required to help out if a world-threatening issue goes down (like Ultron will be). Obviously Steve, being Steve, would be all for it, but Tony, being Tony, would not.
