Same.
Older stuff is still tied to the date.
Whether they changed PS+ or not, older stuff is surely set in stone on a "rental" style contract, they're not going to re-negotiate all those games

I downloaded Spelunky this morning and it has no expiration date (it's listed as a service). Same for this months PS+ stuff. All my older stuff expires 05/12/14.
It'll be an error.
Still no Isaac, maybe they will release it next week in Europe?

Theres more announcements coming from us here at PlayStation that I suspect will help get you into the fold this holiday season ;.

When did you download the games? This month or before? I am seriously thinking this might be a holiday promotion. If so, this is huge. Let us keep all games from Nov/Dec forever to lure in people to PS Plus over the holidays.

The wording is:
I'm thinking it can be just very poorly worded way of saying "you'll keep it forever (if you're a Playstation Plus Member)".
Keep hype low until they say something officially.
It's impossible they are offering free games forever. I mean, with Injustice and Second Light incoming, that would mean killing any other sale for those titles.
I specifically searched for this month's PS+ games. All but Isaac are up, just not on the PS+ page.
Manually search for them. I still don't have Binding of Isaac however. (UK here)
Wouldn't they have marketed this beforehand?
This would be my guess as well.
Has someone tried poking Sony? This is very strange without a big ass announcement because if true this is pretty important and wouldn't be quietly passed without marketing.
This is what MS was doing on the 360 (and still is I believe).
I wonder why Sony is making this move now, for marketing purposes or for legal reasons in the EU?

edit: or it's a screw up.
That makes more sense given this is the kind of announcement you make, not just do stealthily.
Would be nice if that's the case, that part would be on par with Xbox Live's Games with Gold, since you can keep those games after a subscription ends.
Just added mine. No Expiration dates for me (UK).
Incidentally is BOI:Rebirth not available yet?
Guys its not policy update, its a mistake.
Its just for the people who have already downloaded it, Sony probably will still honor it.
I wouldnt make too much fuss about it if I were you.

But what about it?

Description: "If youre a PlayStation®Plus member, you can download this item at no extra cost and keep it forever."
But...
5. Once the game has downloaded, you'll be ready to install and play. Remember, its yours to keep until your PlayStation Plus membership ends.
My guess is they used the description that is used for permanent items like avatars/ themes by accident.
