So I ordered Falcon back when TRU put him up again 1-2 weeks ago. They said they canceled the order and canceled the charge on my card. So what do I find in my mailbox today but a box from TRU with Falcon inside!

Went to three different TRU today in hopes of finding a Pit (even checked for Captain Falcon for any of you) and no luck. Two employees had no idea what I was talking about when I asked them and didn't know Pit was a name for something. Ah well, I'd love a Pit (one of my mains in Smash, like 2nd or 3rd choice for me) but I'm not going to stress myself out.

I would directly contact nintendo PR it's what I did somehow I got accepted (amiibosmash) facebook page I get the majority of my info from gaf at the moment though lol

Must be talking about the Mario ones and was extremely confused. Smash Wave 4 launch in late April in Japan and Europe, no way we are getting it a month before the main Nintendo branches.

The good thing about these is that they are light. Ask you local store if they have bubble wrap they're gona throw out.

HUGE grain of salt here, but I just got off the phone with Nintendo Corporate as I had some questions about the MM new 3DS (that went nowhere).

But before I hung up I asked when preorders might start for the wave 4 amiibo. He didn't know when preorders would start but he said they release in MARCH. I clarified it was the wave just announced with Robin and Ness, and he said yes, those will be out in March in the states. If true, I don't get as long a rest from the hunt as I thought...

What was your question about, with the MM 3DS? Just curious, because they still have it up on their site listed as preorder coming soon.

My TRU got nothing in. They just got a restock of the Wave 1 regulars. Oddly, it seems all the TRU got a restock of the Wave 1 basics. Only some got Pit or Falcon. But they were 5-6 at best, and some were reserved for pre-orders. A lot of stores didn't get them at all.

So that rumor about TRU holding Pit and Falcon for today is odd. A restock happened today. Of the basic ones lol and only a few stores got very little pit and falcon.

Edit: some folks in AmiiboGAF scored. I was just saying in general. But for the community it was a good day

I think the UK had an awesome 10 minute of madness today.The Holy Trinity went back on sale on Nintendos UK store which meant I could finally grab Wii Fit Trainer. Madness!

Good to see other people getting their Pits and Falcons. It's so strange that Toys R Us have this release date for those two. Dunno but definitely a good day for AmiiboGAF

This line in the product description is pretty interesting:
"This version Mario amiibo from the Super Mario Series is only offered through this bundle."

It looked to be the standard Mario amiibo from the new Super Mario line during the Direct...maybe it's not??
