Coming from someone with an Witcher avatar is quite humorous. Some of the worst combat in a popular RPG series

Truth is in the pudding. I've had my fair share of spats with PC gaf including yourself to know when someone is just looking to shit on a game for the sake of it with no interest in it to begin with. PC gaf has become notorious for this as of late, centering themselves well above the pack. Looking at post history' only adds to this notion.

Looks like we really got to you since you're talking about little else anymore. Too bad but not our problem. Also please check my PSN profile and cross-reference the games I played with the topics I posted in. Wait a few weeks and Order will most likely be in there since it's actually the first PS4 game in months I'm considering picking up.

i'm playing dying light right now and one of the first things i did was to find a way to turn those things off.

But it's the order 1886 man. There is nothing to play, right? Just put a paperweight on triangle and get the optimal bluray experience. The Witcher 2's combat was so bad I sold the game and finished it by watching a YouTube play-through.

Gameplay does leave a bit to be desired though; will wait for reviews and pick it up later this year.

There is nothing wrong with you not being interested in the game, that much is pretty clear, but all you did in this thread so far is say the game looks generic and boring and posting one-liners that are clearly making you look like a fool grasping for attention (mainly that youtube comment). The fact that you keep playing the victim isn't helping your cause either. It would help wonders if you actually started basing your criticism on facts and explaining them (so far all you said is that you watched the start of the game), otherwise you will keep getting the same kind of answers I am afraid.

There are reasons why devs choose certain colours for their games. Most make sense (even if you only have a tiny understanding of the world, history and art.).

I think it's far too early to say marketing failed. A verified Gamestop employee said in another thread that this is tracking much higher than Bloodborne and roughly on par with The Witcher 3 for presale numbers. Not bad for an original IP.

Also terrible spoiler tag use without any warning of story spoilers for the game.

That's a painting which won't be representative of the the game's natural lighting.

For what it's worth, the interior footage/screens do have natural colours in them.
