I'd love to, but Nintendo leaving money on the table as usual. It's just great how of the three amiibos supported in the game, only Kirby will ever be easily to get.
 
Ordered 2 Sonics last night via Best Buy's website, only option was in-store pickup. Closest store to me showed them as available. Purchased successfully. Received an email that my order was processing. Then received another email 5 minutes later that that particular store no longer had any stock, and my order could be filled by changing to a different store. Head to their website. Try to change my store for fulfillment. Won't give me the option. Only option is to cancel my order.

Die in a fire, Best Buy.
 
Alright. what the hell is going on with Best Buy. I just got a shipment notification for my Ike this afternoon and its arriving tomorrow. How is this even possible, Best Buy is notorious for everything arriving late.

Same with my Meta Knight & King DeDeDe...got the shipping notification today and it says it will be here tomorrow. I thought for sure there was no way I was getting it on release day.
 
Called Best Buy and looks like there not even sure if they'll get anything besides Meta Knight. All I want is an Ike, I got Meta Knight coming in through the mail.

I had a chance to pre-order Meta Knight for $16.99 back when the pre-order went live, but decided not to over what TRU did and how BB has been messing things up..... I am still miffed that I could not place a pre-order anywhere to get a Majora's Mask figure....

So I imported the total cost for my Meta Knight was about $23.... but I have him in hand along with my only other amiibo Kirby.

Apparently BBTS is selling him but he is already pre-sold out

So I guess I'm lining up at my local Best Buy early tomorrow morning to see if I get lucky with a Meta Knight. I asked how many they were getting and if they were only for pre-orders or not and they (unsurprisingly) had no idea, or at least told me they had no idea.

Argh. I don't see this going well. :P

I've been telling people today that we had a few to sell in the AM, get there early, and may the odds be ever in their favor.

im hoping common sense is used for pre orders by putting them in customer service , because if meta knights are in the amiibo section then RIP to pre orders and someone could buy all of them.
 
I ordered sonic for pick up yesterday on Bestbuy.com So the sonics that were able to be picked up at BB yesterday won't let me pick them up as its not available to pick up anymore. Should I cancel or try to get Best buy online to give me something?

They aren't allowed to say exact amounts over the phone. Go to your local bb store in person and get a knowledgeable person who has inventory access to check for you. Like I've said before numerous times in this thread this is exactly what I did, my closest BB only had 6 meta's but another one near me has 11. The store that has 11 meta's is the store I will be lining up tomorrow morning.

When you get service like that immediately report them to a manager. Seriously.

Reminds me of a thug wannabe that I dealt with in a Walmart before. I chewed him out, brought him to the back area where they do online pickup, had that employee call back a manager and let them know what a useless punk their " employee" was.

Ah, thanks. Wish I had time to go around and check various local BBs in person, but I don't. Pretty much have to just hope the one I'm going to will have extras...

Thats true that he have a lot of things on his plate so I hope that he would do very well. Anyway I think I saw Villager being available on Amazon Germany for somewhat cheap price.

When I lined up for Rosalina at my local Target I arrived an hour before opening and I was 6th in line, and this was on a Sunday.

This time around for Meta it's at Bestbuy on a Friday, so better chances than a Sunday and an hour before is probably a safe bet which what I am doing.

Yeah, he seems like a good guy, and I wish him all the best as well.

Villager is half the price on Amazon Germany than it is in Japan, but I don't think I can place an order from Japan, even on stores that say they ship internationally. :( Anyone able to help me out?

Got my Sonic and Megaman from Toys R Us. Meta Knight's available for in store pick up tomorrow, and I can pick up Ike and Dedede from Gamestop on the 25th. After that, it's just a waiting game for Wave 4.
 
I'm glad that I already picked up Metaknight from Best Buy couple of hours ago so I don't have to worry about them giving my Metaknight away.
