I really hope Best Buy holds my Meta Knight pre order until I get off work tomorrow. I called and he seemed to know that it was tucked away safe, but who knows.

Fuck it,just paid $35 for a japanese Meta Knight on eBay. I'd rather pay one hour of work salary and just avoid the runaround and line waiting.

Stop buying Dr. Dedede amiibos guys.

Can't stop laughing. They'll give anyone a PHD these days

Sigh

Please keep pre order/in store pick ups behind the customer service cage desk , I'm going right at opening since I have one pre ordered , don't want mine sold :(

Good luck everyone B^)

Thats crazy because the system wont allow to sell it until the 20th. I wonder how that works
I ended up getting The Master Chief Collection a day early in this manner. Showed them my notice and told them what I was there to pick up and they just sold it to me.

With the in-store pickups you've already paid for it, so idk.

Where can I sign up for this Pushbullet?

Also, are they only at Yodobashi so far? Thanks.

AmiiboGAF Pushbullet Service (now in BETA)
__
Welcome to the AmiiboGAF Pushbullet Tracking Service post. In this post we will begin to introduce Pushbullet, how to use it and the technical limits.

What is Pushbullet?
Pushbullet is an application that uses Android Notification/iOS Push Notifications to push stuff to your phone. Basically it's computer -> notification on your iPhone.

How to use Pushbullet?
First of all, head over to http://www.pushbullet.com and Sign up using Gmail or Facebook. Complete the prompts and download the app on your iOS device/Android. Login with the same Gmail/Facebook account to pair your device. You should be ready to go!

How to use AmiiboGAF's Tracking Service?
Head on over to https://www.pushbullet.com/channel?tag=amiibogaf and subscribe. Then you should start receiving notifications.

Technical Limitations
Right now, Pushbullet only accepts RSS Feeds for automated goodness. So I created an AmiiboGAF wordpress (amiibogaf.wordpress.com) and used that RSS feed for Pushbullet.

Best Buy amiibos are automated for now (as of IFTTT). We plan to make other stores automated as well, but that doesn't seem possible right now. What we can do however is get collaborators to post when an Amiibo is up.

Collaborators
We're in look for Collaborators right now. Since I'm currently in the ADST time zone. I will need people from the
- PST time zone (California, I'm pretty sure)
- EST time zone (New York)
and
- GMT time zone (England)

Please, we urgently need collaborators to make this work. If you want to be one, contact me.

I hope this Pushbullet service works out. Have fun receiving your amiibos.

Kisses
- Brain

I'm also seeing SSB Wave 4 at Yamada Denki too: http://www.yamada-denkiweb.com/
Search for "amiibo".
EDIT: Oh, but they're only listed right now. They're not yet available for pre-order.

However, I'm hesitant to pre-order at either because both of them make canceling orders difficult. Yamada Denki pretty clearly states that you can only cancel an order within 1 hour of placing it, while Yodobashi states that an order can only be canceled if it's in "注文の登録完了" or "入金を確認しています" status, so I imagine you wouldn't have more than a few hours at best to cancel there either.

Wave 4 is also listed at Amazon.co.jp right now, but not available for pre-order yet (unless they were available and are simply out of stock now, of course). Amazon.co.jp, of course, offers easy cancellations of pre-orders if you need to, so I'd prefer to purchase from them if possible...

Brian you are the man! Shit worked liked a charm and I ordered the whole wave! It's my first time using a forwarding service but I'm excited!!!

This wave 4 is going to end up with me not getting one single ness is it? its the ONLY amiibo I want. I better get this amiibo guys.

I've been a bit jaded/bored with Amiibos -- too many and too hard to keep up and too much nonsense -- but I got my DDD and just really like it. It's far and away the best amiibo in my estimation. The detail is awesome. What makes it extra cool is DDD is pretty much my "main" to play in Smash.

I have four amiibo in my shopping cart on Yodobashi but I can't check out because I don't read Japanese. What the fuck am I doing with my life.

The question all amiibros inevitably ask themselves, before descending into the inescapable abyss of quadruple preorders and $30 imports.

Chrome auto-translates pages btw.

Screw it, I pre-ordered all of SSB4 Wave 4 at Yodobashi. I looked up some photos of their packaging and it looked great. For my SSB Wave 2 pre-order from Amazon.co.jp, their packaging included only some packing paper in the box, which was fine... it worked... but it's looking like Yodobashi goes beyond that and includes sealed air and/or wraps the products themselves in bubble wrap, which would be great for that added peace of mind that they'll survive the international journey in great shape.

So I'll try out Yodobashi for this wave and see what I get. Thank you for letting me know, Brian★.
