In case anyone missed it yesterday, ROH has announced the dates and locations of their joint shows with New Japan.

Ring of Honor Wrestling® (“ROH”) is happy to announce that we will once again partner with New Japan Pro-Wrestling® to present three must-see super shows for pro wrestling fans.

Details available at this time include the dates & locations of the three events. ROH & NJPW stars will be announced at a later date.

WAR OF THE WORLDS ’15 will be held Wednesday, May 13th, 2015 in Philadelphia at the 2300 Arena, formerly known worldwide as the ECW Arena. Tickets are on sale now for Ringside members now and go on sale to the general public Friday, February 27th @ 10am Est. Ringside members can get their pre sale code here. Tickets are on sale exclusively through the 2300 Arena, and are available by clicking here.

GLOBAL WARS ’15 will be held on Friday, May 15th and Saturday, May 16th, 2015 at the Ted Reeve Arena, located in Toronto, Ontario. Tickets are on sale now for both events, and are available here.

I bought 2 second row tickets for the second Toronto show. Not sure I'll be able to use them.

Anyone in the Montreal/Toronto area looking for tickets to these shows? I might put them up for sale.

The big difference is that Hogan was drawing huge money when Savage was at his best so you could be pissed that he was the #1 guy but its hard to argue with the dollars. Bryan is the best technical wrestler and was the most over guy at the same time until the WWE beat him down. As Meltzer points out, the Bret Hart situation is very similar with Luger and Nash in the Reigns role, and in the end Hart got the shot that Bryan hasn't.

The biggest problem current WWE has is creative has zero plans for anyone not part of the title picture or John Cena. Back then they where much better at juggling multiple stories at once though.

Unless you fit in one of those 2 slots you will just float around aimlessly. If Bryan was getting compelling non title storylines I bet a lot of people would be a lot happier. Instead we will probably be getting Bryan versus sheamus and Bryan versus Kane from now until Summerslam.

There's a page inside that shows Rock shaking hands with Koko B Ware. The big reveal page is Hulk and Nash as nWo. Makes me think Disney should buy Vince out and add wrestlers to Marvel movies just so the world would implode.

Does anyone think if WWE released Bryan and he went to one of the more up and coming promos people might follow or just get over it and keep pouring money into McMahon's wallet?

Someone floated the idea of Rusev passing out in the STF at Mania so technically his streak wouldn't be broken and then they do a blowoff match at ER. I don't know that that will happen, but it isn't the worst idea.
 
Obviously this ends with AJ getting Pedigreed and getting knocked into a non-merchandise royalty receiving coma from the impact

It is to me. Why didn't they get their ducks in a row and do the blowoff at Mania if they wanted 3 PPV matches? Surely beating the biggest franchise in WWE at the biggest show would be much better at launching a star rather than some dumb match on the biggest return match PPV of the year.

You realize Rusev isn't winning this program, right? So it doesn't matter when Cena ultimately gets the decisive victory.

That's awesome! I remember reading about Merseybeatdown II last year, and it being a lot of fun. Enjoy. Live wrestling is a far different experience than just watching it on television. Get as close to the action as you can for the best experience.
