Wait, so you can actually summon an eidolon in this demo to fight by your side?
Yes but who said the summon fights by your side?

No spoilers plz. Just yes or not![]()

Yes. The fact you can use the summon in the demo has been known since last year.
Yes but who said the summon fights by your side?
Are you saying we actually?control the summons directly like Type-0
No. We don't how the summon works exactly at the moment but from sound of it, it will be something like past FF games like 7,8 where when you use summon, it does one big damage and disappears.
That makes sense, because I don't see how summons could be controlled in real time with that graphical level without completely tanking the performance.
Back from the French event
We couldn't play the game. However the Community Manager played the game in a big screen (cinema size).
Something funny : the Warp is called Eclipse in french
The build was from 3 weeks ago. Everyday, they create a new build. They will do that until the release. Some pop-in, framerate drop, camera glitch but the game looks gorgeous. It looks difficult though and the "normal battle" took 5 minutes, which is too much. Maybe because he was lvl4. In the demo, we will start at Level 1. We visited the Chocobo Wiz, and sleeping there. It gives more bonuses than camp. Noctis took 2 levels if I remember.
Cidney/Cindy had a spoiler about. That's why they removed the dialogue when we first saw the sequence in Jump Festa.the summon Ramuh
The ending of the demo will reveal something big !
Did you actually see the ending and that 'something big' yourself?
Regular enemies do seem to have a little too much HP right now, based on all the footages available.
Any news about Cor Leonis? he's litterally the only character i like so far lol
I just want to play around with the mechanics more than anything else, so the enemies being a little sponge-y is fine with me.
From what I have seen Garula has really high HP and the cyborg soldiers have really high defense. Those 2 types seems really long time to kill.
Yeah, this. Enemies having low health wouldn't leave much room for experimentation.
Why the hell is Final Fantasy Type 0 still not up for preorder on PSN? This is getting ridiculous. I believe XBL had it up for preorder at the beginning of the week. I don't know whose incompetence is to blame, SE or Sony.
Not up on the US store yetHuh?

It's up on the European PSN store, and I think you can even preload it (not sure though).

They showed pretty much the entire demo then before launch. Good job!
Even Squeenix knows it's not fair to bundle the thing with Type-0, they're doing their fans a solid.
The new Jump's scan is showing thesummon
You're screwedHmmm, I won't play the demo anyway, so... should I wait for a good quality stream next week for the summon and ending, or nah? Argh, if I can't even resist for small stuff like this how do I expect to manage going on a complete blackout after E3!?![]()
The demo won't have remote play, right?
No share play

That's quite a tall order.
Might be fun to see a whole bunch of different VGM composers remix classic Final Fantasy tracks though. Basically a pseudo-album that isn't FFXV OST but is music used in the game specifically for that purpose on the scale of the amount of people who contributed to projects like Xenoblade or Terra Battle.
Now I have the money for a PS4 and the game.
But not enough for a HDTV! (My ps3 TV is 720p max, 8 years old and on its last legs).
Must scrape together the funds somehow!
Definitely easier than the complex orchestral music for the rest of the game
