I hope so as well, for the both of us.
Likewise, there aren't much left that I want.
I just really want Ness, Pac Man, Greninja, and Duck Hunt.
Dunno if it's ok to ask here but anyone have an extra gold mario that they be willing to sell? I'd go $35 shipped if that's cool (located in the US), PayPal of course. Thanks
If not cool I'll delte post.
no sane person would sell golden mario for $35, its worth double that. but maybe someone here will be the ultimate bro/sis or something.
Can you (or anyone else) hook me up with one? Been looking for one and asking around, to no luck.If you are in the US or Canada, gold Mario isn't even remotely rare. It's being sold at every retailer here in Canada and there seems to be plenty of stock. I bought one just in case, but knowing what I do now, I wouldn't do it again.

Just checked and it says it was shipped in 8x6x5. Which... looks correct. It's certainly not a flat n by n by n size.
So um, I wish you the best of luck. :X

What camera do you use? Such lovely pictures!
Goldie is definitely a rare. For how long? Who knows. But at the moment, you can't "just walk into a store and buy one."

Oh, mine is coming UPS, so it didn't specify, but I know others have said that. Mine can go either way. :/

I wasn't under the impression that you had contacts EVERY WHERE in North America scouting out amiibo availability at every retailer. If you are in the US or Canada, gold Mario isn't even remotely rare. Which Bowser Amiibo do people like more?
I'm looking at them both side by side and they both look surprisingly similar.
Obviously Smash has darker colors but the pose is very similar. Unlike Luigi's which is so different it made me want the Smash one.

Not opening figure is such a sin and in many cases will actually cause more damage than displaying them.

Getting serious here.

Gold Mario was supposed to be delivered today but I just saw the mailman and there was no Gold Mario...
Someone liking the Smash Luigi better than the SMB one? I feel like that's a new one.
You're telling me I can back a project so a person can send me cheap cases I can get at a craft store? SIGN ME UP KILAU
This has been another drive-by Eining.
Came back to make sure I finished the job! Gat gat!
Seriously, though. Open your figures, people. The lack of air can cause them to sweat, causing the paint to erode and the plastic to feel "fuzzy". Make sure they're not in direct sunlight, dust 'em every once and a while, and you'll have afriendfigure for life.
No troll. 4 srs.
don't tell other people how to enjoy their figures shitlord

You got me. Before that edit I wasn't sure.
I've been defeated.![]()
In all seriousness, taking amiibo out of the box makes them lose 75% of their value, even if it you are right that it can cause more damage. By taking them out of the box, there is no way to distinguish NA from EU or JAP, and therefore the rarity goes out the window.
This doesn't matter for a lot of people, but I like to collect "rare" things. Or at least rarer.
