(remember the fight that happened during Powers? Haha)
Uhh, details? You can't just reference a juicy topic and leave it at that!

Yeah, I remember that. Last year I came up with a friend from Cinci to see it and we grabbed some Raising Cane's prior to the event. While we both had a blast, it just comes down to the time of going.
And holy shit dude. That's quite the trip for you to come down from Toledo. Hopefully for the both of us it'll end up being closer to our respective homes.

I still find it amusing that the a large portion of the gaming media still said Microsoft 'won' 2009 E3 because of the Kinect headlined by the pre-recorded Milo demo.Knowing that there are Sony employees roaming around this thread, all I ask is you make this conference better than last years. Like how you did it in 2009.
And show lots of exclusive games!
(Please show ratchet and clank, gravity rush 2, and Level 5's PS4 game. Fingers crossed for a dark chronicle 2/dark cloud 3)
Yup.Can't wait for this again, so much fun last year.

That Uncharted 2 demo is probably my all-time E3 highlight.

Phew, the one Kentucky theater is still a go. I'll be going just like I did last year. Hopefully it'll be more fun this year as I felt it was pretty boring last year. Maybe some will drop off that didn't enjoy it and more hype people will come in instead. I can hope at least.
How do you know its the same theater? they haven't released a list yet.

Edit- Nevermind. Mistook some info on the front page of last years theaters being this years theaters.

Well screw that noise, closes to me is in LA almost 1:30 hours, probably 2 due to traffic. Guess I'll be staying home for this one![]()
I still dont get how this type of thing is fun.
I probably won't be able to go this time, unfortunately. I'll be bummed if they actually give out Street Fighter V beta codes or something.
Last time it was in SF and I went there with a small group of friends. Also ran into a couple other GAF members. May go again this year. Can drive us if you're down. There better be a theater in San Jose!
I was at the Columbus show too (remember the fight that happened during Powers? Haha) and I had a five hour round trip from Toledo but I was able to get a couple days off work and visit some friends while I was down there which made it the highlight of a little mini vacation.
The only problem is I don't have anyone down there that would want to sit around and watch the rest of the conferences that morning instead of, sigh, actually doing stuff.
Oh yee! I'm down. I don't work Mondays so it'll be pretty cool.Last time it was in SF and I went there with a small group of friends. Also ran into a couple other GAF members. May go again this year. Can drive us if you're down.
That universal groan when the Triangle prompt popped up on the screen during that Order gameplay trailer.I'm in.
I had a fun time last year.
The atmosphere of the event definitely changes when you're in the midst of a congregation of fellow gamers.
I'll be there again this year. Last year's experience was fantastic.
What I remember most was people crying at the Kingdom Hearts 3 trailer before the damn thing even started.
Watching The Last Guardian on big screen will be amazing !
They did. According to the blog post, it's now in three cities.
You might have almost made it. May the mods have mercy on you.Big screen for lame ass indie "games" pfft
