It was back when Tantalus said they were porting a "big" game to the WiiU, and a game from the WiiU was being ported to PS4/X1. ZombiU was just about the only real candidate.

E3 2012: ZombiU could go multiplatform

In an interview today, senior vice president of sales and marketing Tony Key discussed how recently-announced technology from Microsoft and Sony could allow the game to be ported to additional platforms after it’s released on Wii U. According to Key, if the title does expand, it wouldn’t be any time soon.

“ZombiU at its core was designed to be a great Wii U game and in order to make that work on other platforms they would have to change a lot of what makes the game cool," he said. "And I’m not saying that can’t be done, but not in the next six months, you know?”
