Final Fantasy VII is my fave game of all time, so just the announcement makes it my game of the show, otherwise in order of the games I thought made the biggest splash that were actually shown…

1. Horizon
2. Uncharted 4
3. The Last Guardian
4. Star Wars Battlefront
5. Dreams
6. No Man's Sky
7. Arkham Knight
8. Firewatch
9. Street Fighter V

This was the best thing I've ever seen in terms of game conferences! It had big things and announcements for everyone without prolonging too much over any segment! My only complaint was the fact that both neogaf and kickstarter crashed so I couldn't share my joyous moments with everyone else (but I'm happy at the thought of Shenmue 3 getting already half way through it's pledge in the night it was announced).

The Last Guardian was my favourite announcement and it looked and played so beautiful that I forgot about any worries I could've had regarding this game. I cannot wait to be a part of that experience. - 11/10

Horizon was as well nothing short of breathtaking. Gorgeous world, very interesting concept and really smooth gameplay trailer. A really exciting true reveal about something I really didn't know that much besides "dino-mechs". - 10/10

FF7 Remaster and Shenmue - I still can't really recover regarding these announcements. As another gaffer said.. these kind of announcements made the conference seem like some kind of fanfiction. I've actually read less enthusiastic fanfiction regarding this E3 conference. - %&$/10

Uncharted 4 - gorgeous as always. Found it as an interesting ending for the conference, showcasing new gameplay elements (I personally was more blown away by the previous gameplay trailer showcasing the verticality and variety of route choices). - 9/10

No Man's Sky is actually a game I have more trouble wrapping my mind around than Media Molecule's project. The immensity of this game is just overwhelming and while it was a very short gameplay demonstration, it was great to show and brand a tiny little part of that world in an E3 planet - 8/10

There are too many games to get through all of them. And the weird thing is that after this conference I was left thinking "What else will they show from now on?", but I just remembered all the other first party studios we're waiting to hear from... This conference and Sony right now reached for me absurd levels.

Highlights of the conference for me:

- The Last Guardian
- FFVII R
- Shenmue 3
- Horizon
- Final Fantasy World (for real, looked great to me)
- Firewatch
- No Man's Sky
- Uncharted 4
- DLNA Announcement
- PS Vue A LA CARTE TV CHANNELS (I won't be able to use this, but it would really interest me if I was in a target area)

Don't get me wrong, the conference was awesome, but I'm shocked at what we DIDNT see:

Bend's game
Bloodborne DLC
GT7
Crash Bandicoot
Uncharted Date
1TB PS4/$349 500GB model
Paris conference.

Sony already had won the gen but this conference plus the list of unannounced games look so much promising for PS4.

As an owner of both the X1 and PS4 I've felt as though I've won the gaming jackpot this E3. Sony had all of the megatons and stuff for next year whilst MS had stuff that wasn't near the levels of hype but that I could be playing this year. It's been a superb day and I really hope the PC show has a few good reveals as well.

now just let this go on flash/daily and itll be the best day ever

10/10 Sony. Honestly the most exciting conference. Opening with The Last Guardian made me shed a tear and closing with Uncharted 4 had me crying tears of laughter.

I still can't believe I witnessed a conference where three dream games that everyone brings up every E3 to make fun of how disappointing all the conferences are gonna be because they never happen... were finally announced.

Like, what in the hell.

I actually think there is some real ground to criticize Sony on the fact that it's clear now their Holiday 2015 will be mostly third party games and remasters, but goddamn. When they pull the wool over ones eyes, they REALLY do it up. I can barely think of my other criticisms with how nuts that conference was.

SONY came on top with the holy trinity of games, heck, announcing only one of those 3 would have made SONY's conference come on top but SONY went for the jugular and slayed the competition with 3 Megatons.
Uncharted 4 looked amazing and MM's new game got me intrigued, Guerrilla's new game looked stellar too. Highly satisfied with this conference.

Best E3 conference in years. a solid A for SONY.

I thought this was an awesome showing.

So stoked to see The Last Guardian finally come to fruition and the FF7 remake is almost too awesome to be true.

That being said, I think Horizon stole the show for me tonight. That looked super unique and interesting and they had gameplay in the first showing. That was a really neat surprise that wasn't spoiled by any leaks or rumors that I'd seen.

Surprised they didn't revisit a few things that were shown last year especially clocking in at 90 minutes. But they have other events so I suppose it makes sense to spread it out.

Easily the best conference, Sony was amazing in this conference. 3 megatons, an actual gameplay video from Uncharted 4 and a No Man's Sky gamneplay video that was amazing. 9,5/10 for this.

I'm glad you guys finally got to see the flying dog ferret game, the remake and the Kickstarter But man, besides Hitman and Uncharted, there's not a lot to take away from it for me. Great show though, Just nothing new to look forward to from it personally.

When is Paris Games Show?

When is the Junior ban hammer going to come out?

If someone had told me yesterday that Sony would show Final Fantasy 7 Remake, The Last Guardian and Shenmue 3 at their E3 briefing I would have laughed in their damn faces. I can't believe what I just saw.

Its impossible to give anything other than 10/10 - I won't be surprised if this is the best e3 conference in my lifetime. Shenmue 3 alone is automatically the best but the Last Guardian looks absolutely sublime. And freaking FF7! How can you even process this happening!

Also it's 4:15 am here in the UK so I'm probably dreaming.

That's probably the most entertaining and well paced video game conference I've ever seen. I wasn't interested in every single game but it didn't matter - they kept things moving along and just showed game after game after game. When they started talking about VR and stuff I thought the pacing would suffer but they didn't spend long on it (and it was placed right after the literal barrage of megatons so it gave you some time to "recover").

Goddamn/10

I was supposed to work on my phd today but it's 3pm and I haven't done anything yet... shit.

I seriously don't get the negativity towards either MS or Sony's conference... I guess maybe I'm more easy to please but I felt Sony fired on all cylinders tonight.

1) TLG isn't vaporware and has a release date (sure it may get pushed back to the summer, but it's coming)
2) FF7 remake (I hate timed exclusives, but am glad XB1 gamers can play it too eventually)
3) Shenmue 3!! The Kickstarter is already at $860,000 (EDIT: $916,000 and rising) and it's for PC and PS4 only...admittedly it's been so long since I last played 1 and 2, but damn I think it's cool to finally get 3.
4) Horizon looked very interesting
5) UC4 looked...well like UC, which is a good thing.
6) The conference didn't drag on
7) See 6)

Sure, there wasn't any announcements for exclusives this year, but when the fall line up consists of 3rd party games like Fallout 4, Battlefront and CoD I think they're playing it smart with just the UC collection.

Do people honestly think Shenmue is being funded by the kickstarter? Even if it's being made on a small budget they're still need at LEAST 10-20mil+ in funding from Sega/Sony/outside investers.
It's obvious the KS is just to gauge consumer interest.

This, I feel for ms, they do what people always moan about, exclusives, new ip, big games, 360 games, new ui, etc and people say it was boring.

Sony show a couple of exusives, go on about getting dlc first and show a kickstarter and a remake and they are the second coming.
Seems to me that the gaming world still has Sonys dick deep in their mouths.
No Mans Sky does look awesome but, maybe I just am not to interested in the giant dog game and shenmu (or what ever it is)
Sony just did a bunch of pandering and everyone fell for it. GG Sony. (The conference was not good)
I don't get it. It was boring

When is Paris Games Show?

There is so much salt here you could cover a billion pretzels.

Remember a month ago Andrew house said they were a bit light on for games in 2015? Yeah they might be, but he totally softened us for these announcements... Got us good!

My rating is an AAA+

Games, games and more game.

-The Last Guardian
-Horizon (holy shit this game)
-Dreams
-SFV (Cammy!)
-World of Final Fantasy
-Final Fantasy VII Remake (I couldn't believe my eyes)
-Shenmue 3 (kickstarter goal will be met by morning)
-Only like 10 min of Morpheus
-Some nice looking indies
-Uncharted 4
-Everything else

Peoples joke dream E3 lists weren't this insane. The "slow" part of the conference was a Destiny trailer and Black Ops 3 lol.

AAA+. Shit was unreal.

Their whole E3 conference is REALLY sneaky once you get past the OMFG kneejerk reaction.

TLG! But...it looks exactly the same as it did 6 years, and its still not very exciting. "2016" huh...

FF7! But...who knows when that will ever come out, see Versus and KH3.

SHENMUE 3! But...a goddamn Kickstarter campaign? Pretttttty tacky

Meanwhile, the Vita is deader than dead, and Sony's 2015 line-up still lookin' real flabby and sick. They hope you don't notice that as they talk about the future.

Yeah, Uncharted 4 and Horizon were the real stars of the show for me.

On hype alone, the "trinity of megatons" is doing wonders for Sony, but I'm curious to see how all three of these titles will actually translate once we've gotten past the sheer excitement going on right now.

I am in complete awe that all 3 games were there: The Last Guardian, Final Fantasy VII Remake, and Shenmue III. It was the best thing ever in gaming for the past 10 years. Add the several amazing titles presented by most of the companies and we have one wonderful and unforgettable E3.

.

That was the most incredible E3 presentation OF ALL TIME!

I doubt that any other presentation will ever be close to this one. I mean, I still cannot believe of those announcement specially the Final Fantasy 7 Remake reveal. The moment I realized what game it was I actually started crying.

Good job Sony, you did it, you won E3.
