I wonder if Devs will actively avoid participating in Humble Bundles around the Steam sales now that refunds are in place. Wouldn't be great to have a big surge and then get a bunch of them refunded for cheaper bundle copies. If they are even told when the bundle would appear at the time they agree.

It's just an assumption. Squeenix's games generally being available digitally + Kingdom Hearts not being available digitally = Disney's to blame.
