All DLC Will Work For Backward Compatible Titles (Xbox One)

I wonder how this works for titles where the servers are now dead. God I wish MS would use Azure for some defunct titles.

I still dont understand how this is going to work. For example I have the ultimate edition of Fallout NV - the DLC is on disc 2. How is it going to know I own the DLC if I didnt actually buy the dlc digitally?

Artorias of the Abyss baby!

This blew me away I'm not going to lie. I just hope they get a lot of the library done by the time its officially released. I have a lot of 360 games that I paid a lot of money for that I want to play again. I can't believe how well it works.

Cant wait to play some MW2. Basically dead on PC but I'm sure many are still playing it on XBox 360.

What about GOTY editions with the DLC on a separate disc?
I hope they make that work.
I might play Oblivion again.

not surprised, but i'm glad that it is confirmed

I'm guessing you use the second disc to install the extra content to the console, and then only use the first disc to play the game afterwards. That's how it worked for Fallout 3 on the Xbox 360 at least, don't see why it would be any different in this case.

This is a nice clarification because I couldn't use my Mass Effect save due to it's need for the two DLC packs. Wonder when they'll add the support because it doesn't seem to be here yet.

W.. why wouldn't it?

Because there might be DLC that work only with 360 or maybe stuff like the cross store stuff would bug out and not register at all. It happens sometimes with PSN, all the different platforms PSN has and the separate stores it has.
