I can see Stamkos getting $10M+. Ovechkin and Malkin are making $9.5M+ and they're older (29 and 28). He's 25 and coming off an "average" year where he still scored 40+ goals.
Their cap situation will get interesting though.
By 2017-18 they'll need the following players signed:

Johnson
Palat
Drouin
Kucherov
Killorn
Paquette

Coburn
Hedman
Bishop
They'll definitely have to do something about Callahan's $5.8M (5 more years and he was a third-liner in the playoffs) and Carle's $5.5M (3 more years, on the 3rd pairing).
