Sure. Putting looks aside, I've always been a fan of the Vewlix layout (first two buttons closer to the stick), it's fairly easy to swap buttons out on it, and I'm a big fan of the Hayabusa lever, which I would compare to a smoother Sanwa JLF.
The Kuro buttons, on the other hand, are hit and miss for people. Some have buttons that squeak or aren't as sensitive as sanwas, or they're not clicky, etc. They did not feel as sensitive as sanwa buttons to me and I had a harder time doing certain things (like kara demon with E.Ryu), so I swapped them out... that's it, though. Perfect stick for me.
notworksafe did a pretty good analysis of it. Some of it is genuinely hard to explain.
Possible downside - examine the wrist area of it. There's not much to it. If you're used to resting your palms and wrists under the buttons on the base of the stick, this might not work out for you unless you can adjust to how it's shaped.
