I think the guides stated it's specifically for MGO. Not sure where that's stated in the game though. And putting that into the single player game sounds odd.

If the Ishmael reveal is the 2nd ending, and the true ending is indeed hard as fuck to find, I've got a little confidence that it Venom might end up being BB after all and that Ish shit was all a reverse ruse.

Amazon.com is not amazon.ca where you should have ordered from? That's all I can guess. Amazon.com is for the US and since you're in Canada I'm guessing they are accounting for customs and whatnot.

In Medias Res=When fiction starts in the middle instead of in the beginning. Every time a story starts out at a turning point that's way into the story, and then the narrative flashes back and leads up to that point. It's very common in triple A games these days.

Here's the thing that 3rd ending thing I was talking about Thabto:

A french reviewer who hasn't posted his review yet said he refused to rush the game like so many other reviewers and that in his opinion, most reviews complaining about the story being unconclusive and lacking the Kojima moment have simply not seen the true ending.

He says that to get the whole picture, you NEED to listen to tapes and see the actual ending.

He also said that, had he written the review right after the final mission without playing the extra content, the score would have been much lower.
He said he went from being a little disappointed to blown away.
He also mentioned that the true ending not only broke the fourth wall but completely shattered it in his opinion. With an incredibly powerful message to the players.

Oh that's sick, had no idea you could do that in GZ let alone hold people up. Is that the only way too force enimies to hold up their hands? Looks like you have to do it while facing an enemy.

Also never noticed SkullFace in the Metal Gear's Palm, opposite of mantis in that pic. I love how tall it looks ingame, actually feels like a real giant mech is chasing you. Is this supposed to be the same one from MG1?

So now if the theories are now that the real Big Boss thinks he wasn't the real Big Boss, but it turns out he was really Big Boss all along, does that mean we are all Big Boss, we just don't know it? I feel like I'm in Metal Gear Inception. (I'm totally up for sounding like Kiefer Sutherland.)

Did you complete everything 100%? Do you remember extracting 17 soldiers? Or do you think it's just giving you content for owning GZ with a mission complete save file?

Managed to pick up a copy from a store that broke the street date.

So far, it's been great. Think I'm finally through the missions that have been demoed before in Afghanistan, so it should be mostly new content from here.

The only thing I haven't like so far is that it feels like Kojima's practically released every damn cutscene through his trailers/media. Maybe that will change in the next part of the game.
