Youve probably already seen it . Im talking about the scene where Kaz goes something along the lines of "We all lost something 9 years ago apart from you" then fucks with Hueys leg gear and bends his leg in a way legs shouldnt bend. The cutscene after is the one that points you to Africa.
I got it straight after i brought Huey back.

I thought so too. I've also seen clips of Venom smiling. The facial animation does a good job of expressing feelings, moreso than MGS4 did where characters looked more constipated than anything. I think Drebin, Laughing Octopus, and Oceliquid are the only people who smile in that game.

There is a scene where Miller uses one-handed CQC on one of the African kids. If you pay attention to the corner of the screen you can see Venom give Miller a warm smile.
 
But it's funny you mention camera work, because man I really don't know about it in Phantom Pain. It seems Kojima was OBSESSED with long takes and shaking the camera a bit. It was neat in the Ground Zeroes intro but it's really starting to be grating. Saw a scene today where Eli arrives at MB for the first time and the long take of the camera maneuvering around the characters is downright DISTRACTING.

So far I think MGS4 of all games had the best cinematography.
 
How does travel between Africa and Afghanistan work? Is it kinda like Velen and Skellige in The Witcher? Does one area get closed off eventually? Is one significantly larger than the other?
 
Just got slightly mindfucked by the Paz scene and what actually happened in GZ.
Guys who have the game if you have gotten to the point where you have a medical facility on Motherbase go look for a door thats openable.
This scene is missable i think
 
So if theres missable cutscenes, how does one go about seeing those scenes? Especially thr Motherbase missable scenes...are there separate save files?

Orgasm, no. She's dressed to be sexy obviously but I don't think they were going for a sex angle with the rain.

She drinks from her skin. So imagine jumping into a pool of beer or soda with all of the tastiness but none of the stickiness or smell. You could just inhale and engorge yourself.

Can we get a list of the places you can find DD and Quiet? I haven't found my dog yet, and I know people will want to know once the game officially comes out.

I found DD I'm Afghanistan, it was the exact place where Greg Miller found him in the first first lets play he released. As for quiet, you don't want that spoiled.

He also liked to needlessly zoom in on things and back out, which often killed whatever good shot he had just set up.
 
Just started the game. My god was the first mission (rescuing Kaz) intense. Especially, when the skull unit arrives to chase after you while you head to the LZ. I was like "what the fuck is happening?!"
 
Currently playing Ground Zeroes to tide me over 'til Tuesday. Can anyone who got the game early say exactly what from GZ carries over to TPP? We've been given clues but not a definitive answer precisely what's worth doing in GZ to have carried over.

Oh my god... even if she does happen to show up once or twice, why does it matter? I mean really... is a lady in a bikini really going to offend you THAT much!? You have to kill children at some point in this game, did you know that? Maybe you should skip it. There's torture scenes as well... fairly explicit ones. A bikini clad woman is the least of your worries if you're so easily offended... If a few scenes of a woman in a bikini just "disturbs" you... I don't think you need to be playing or watching ANY R rated movies, or MA rated games... might as well stick to watching cartoons or something.

I don't think the post you quoted express the concern in Quiet's appearance in any means.
