I can't. This is the only game where he has a weird cowboy midwestern accent... and his voice is far too deep. His voice in MGS is raspy, while his voice in MGS3 is just a young voice... to me it sounds like his voice drops in bass somewhere in the middle of his life, and then just goes back to being higher pitched... Troy doesn't do it well.
 
This is belated, but, yay, Quiet's prologue outfit! I really do have to laugh that with other games, the female characters are sometimes-sorta-kinda in the vicinity of semi-practical outfits, and then you get the bikini outfit as an unlockable/reward later. That's not how Kojima does this shit. You will get your bikini fan-service outfit for 40+ missions and you will like it. Then, only if you've spent a lot of time with the bikini (and had a sexy water dinner scene), you will unlock the practical outfit as your reward! Your reward is... clothes?

We've all been Kojima'd.

Two boring questions that might not be answerable yet -

1. How does accruing loyalty work? Is it just taking Quiet/DD on main missions, or does it not matter if it's repeating missions/side missions?

2. I'm assuming there might be a new game plus component like MGS3/MGS4? Though understandably everyone is just still trying to unlock the endings at the moment! I'd love to say my interest is for pure and respectful gameplay reasons, but, nah, I just want to play dress-up with Quiet and Medic Snake. I imagine Quiet's outfits probably don't carry over to cutscenes, though.

The guide states that if you decide to kill Quiet you can go back and replay the mission to let her live anyway. And bullshit that I have to play til mission 40 to unlock that the gray XOF outfit.

So you can replay missable cutscenes? Is there a new game+? Do you know this Eden? DO YOU KNOW THIS? IF YOU DO I WILL TELL YOU A SECRET(not secret) WAY OF GETTING HER OUTFIT EARLIER.

On a side note, it makes me so damn excited that the first couple hours are just it's own little thing, a little prologue when alot of games today usually wrap up around 8-10 hours, and for MGSV literally the first 5% of the game is in those 2 hours.

I agree, and I'm not picking me on Troy, my problem is the direction. Eli Wallach is in the same range of Ocelot, and by that comparison, his voice bring deeper and then thinned out, makes no sense what's so ever. Plus, where did he develop a southern accent? When did he lose it? The male voices in MGS are all distinguishable and unique... Not in this game though.

Oh, man, I didn't think interactions with Quiet could get any creepier - aaaaand they did!

(Although Quiet in the Naked-Blood outfit doing the lying on the stomach pose/cat pose would be pretty funny.)

Which makes me think that cutscenes that are missable are....to be missed forever. Which would suck alot. WHAT THE FUCK.

MGSV is the Persona of Metal Gears. Quiet doing cat poses is akin to Chie proclaiming her everlasting love to you.

They showed a revamp of the cutscene. Apparently they didnt show it when they took the bomb out of her vagina. And when she jumped out, she didn't explode but off screen the missile from the other helicopter hit theirs and caused the fire.

The way it sounds is that, you could say, kill Quiet, redo the mission and let her live to go through her storyline.

So let's say you miss it, and then do the mission where you rescue him again...can you go back to MB to trigger it? Did it already trigger once? Can you trigger it again?

That's what I want to know. Same with Quiet, can you do her cutscenes again? Are they not repeatable? Did you need to be in the 'trigger' location in order to see it originally and you can miss it and not see it again?
 
Grand Master Certificate is needed to unlock Raiden. That sounds like the rumor/truth earlier that you need all S rank in GZ for him.

If it's like GZ then that should be the case. The scene where Chico hands BB his casette tape for instance is missable. The fuck is up with Skullface's voice on Hotline's stream? Super nasally.
