There are no real infected kids, yes they carry it, but it doesn't do anything to kids. Eli is older than them and started showing symptoms.
But the kids themselves were extracted and probably cured.

But really how fucked would that be? Venom is an unreliable narrator already, what if he's remembering all the shit he did in a way that puts him in a better light and him not talking much is his mind trying to censor it all, he was just a passive dude in for the ride and he did good where he could?

Maybe the 9/11 stuff will download some magic patches and shit and you'll get to play the game again but this time as events actually transpired.

Again, he let an entire hospital (probably a few hundred people) die horribly to provide him cover to escape and go into hiding. The "demon" began LONG before Episode 51.

That's on real Big Boss who knows what's going on, Venom is a victim of Zero's bullshit and Big Boss and Ocelot are his accomplices.

So what were everybody's favourite moments overall?

My probably no. one favourite moment was wandering into the ruins and getting blasted off my horse and getting immediately thrust into a boss battle with Quiet. That was the fucking promise of an open world; wandering somewhere and then a cutscene just suddenly happening and OH SHIT YOU GOTTA DO THE THING. That was so fucking cool. Sucks that was essentially the only moment of that in the entire game. Also I managed to sneak up on her but you can't CQC choke her, fucking bullshit (makes sense tho, but you can't even grab her, wtf).

Second was Mission 43. The "Let's let boss decide what to do!" room really sucked. And by sucked, I mean it was powerful.

and sucked.

Technically that was the only to that part of the map. A crashed helicopter blocked the other way.

well his mission in game is to go kill the POWs, he only changes his mind when he sees they're kids. Imagine if he did it because "it's part of the mission", would've showed how dark Diamond Dogs really was compared to MSF.

That Classified Intel Tape in Ground Zeros that played nothing but that static like noise? That's actually a MSX data that was converted to some degree and was showed to be the header files of an MSX program with data that contained some ASCII code.

That same noise is heard when Venom puts in OPERATION INTRUDE at the end of the game, it's the MSX booting up and reading the data.

People are currently data mining the game to see if they can get a clean version of the audio and break it down to see if it actually contains data that can be read.

Protip: The MSX noise stuff is something called a reference or easter egg. A little thing that only certain people would pic up on a go "oh that is neat". It's operation intrude N313. It's the original Metal Gear. It's a nice reference that tried to bring everything full circle.

Oh, that's what that was. I thought that was random as hell in GZ. I do wonder if that actually means anything in the end, or if it was just meant as a big easter egg for code geeks. Guess time will tell.
