On twitter, Ono has only teased characters that are either new or haven't been seen in awhile. Cody wouldn't fall under those just like Ken, Claw, and Cammy didn't. Sure, it's totally possible for Ono to do something different this time, but I'm sticking to this rule until it's broken.

You can kind see part of the character's arm/hand in the bottom right of the hurricane attack (or whatever it is). It does look like Cody's prisoner outfit tbh.

It will. A surprising reveal is more important than anything else. I believe they have 32 trailers ready. I even have a poster board diagram illustrating this, so it has to be accurate. Based on whether or not anyone on the internet guessed it right, they'll just swap it out at the last minute before reveal.
They're also re-introducing an auto-block gem for free, and just like in SFxT it is allowed in ranked mode and has no restrictions to its use.
The fuck were they thinking allowing that gem to be used online, on ranked, and not limited to new players so that anyone including highly ranked jerkoff players could use it as well.
Add "Human Blanka" in the mix.

As somebody that pops in and out of this thread randomly over the past few weeks, I'm having a great laugh each time. Today it's Cody and Rachid being talked about. A few days ago we were back to Eisbahn. Before that it was why Alex and Urien would make it. If anything, I have to hand it to Capcom, they're not making this easy to guess.
