Well, my three favorite SF characters (Cammy, Charlie, and Karin) are in. Karin is pretty much the one Alpha 3 character I bothered to learn beyond a casual level.

WTF, Gill and Oro are just humans with special powers. If you count them as "freaks", then Bison and Seth are freaks, too. Rose, too. Maybe, Abel and Cammy, too, since they're bioengineered. Decapre is all messed up...guess she's a freak, too. This is, of course, in addition to Dhalsim, Blanka, and Hakan.
See how ridiculous this quickly becomes?
Every SF game has "freaks", and in every game they are a minority of the entire roster.
So, I still don't know why the SF3 roster is often singled out like that. Plenty of perfectly "normal" looking folks filling up that game's roster.
Karin is the best.
I'd love for a Skullomania comeback but I don't think Capcom has the rights for him.

Well she does have a new QCFK move so maybe that's the dash? Having the palm be a projectile eater Vskill would certainly be useful
