Maybe I missed something? I mean- my overall point is that how characters are depicted is what ultimately matters as far as diversity in a game is concerned (as opposed to what the 'lore of the game says or whaterver). If the devs of Infamous randomly said Cole was a quarter black, would that make the game more diverse? I would say no. I guess you would say yes?

Only person who needs facial/hair fixing is ken everyone else is looks amazing. Plus even vega has gotten small tweaks for the better. Adult karin Goat now we just need Sakura get the same treatment once she comes via dlc

Another example of why we can't have nice things. Somebody is always gonna complain, even when they get what they want.

Visually, she looks almost perfect. Stupid irises aside*, she came out the best of any character so far IMO. Also, the engine looks slightly better in this trailer, not sure if they made some optimizations or it's just the nighttime lighting.

Her bio says her from Japan. Her last name is also Japanese. It says her parents are from Japan. Not 1/4 Japanese stuff like Ken.

Additionally, her name isn't in Katakana, but Hiragana. The later used for foreign names. But I'm sure there's more nuance there. I'm no expert!

That backstory posted above sounds like her parents weren't born there. So it sounds like Karin came from a white family not originally from Japan, but she grew up there because of circumstances like I assumed when I first saw her a few years ago.

Fei Long on crack, heavy footsies into high low mixup pressure. She has several anti airs, EX Ressenha is a DP, Mujinkyaku is supposed to be an anti air but I dunno in this game. Besides that she still has s.HP and c.HP

That's what it looks like. IIRC the V-Reveral has the same name as the old counter move did and the animation looks like it as well.

Well we already know Sakura wont be apart of the initial roster by now

But luckily the queen of VG Oujousama's has returned.

We already know Sakura's adult outfit, so its not really like they are going to keep her school outfit if they changed Karin.

I think it's strange because the animation is rushed at the end of her CA because they don't want it bleeding over after the opponent wakes up. But yeah it could use a bit of touching up.
