HLTV's ranking is pretty good. Not sure how it works because I'm on mobile but no glaring flaws (looking at you ESL).

Edit. Not a huge fan of being 100% points based, if I understood that correctly.

Yeah I do and remove geoforce exp. Also make sure you are forcing 144hz

Well, I would say the drop off in talent from the top 7 or 8 is drastic. I think you will see a lot of fluctuation from 9-20 from here on out. Give it time. I prefer this over Thorin's totally subjective top10 list.
