To clarify:
"(+1) is the bobblehead bonus" - this is the 7 free S.P.E.C.I.A.L stat you get for picking up the hidden bobbleheads in game
"{+1} is "YOU'RE SPECIAL bonus" - you get this for reading a book called "you're special" in the pre post-apocalypse intro
"[+X] is intended character development" - with this I just mean picking bonus S.P.E.C.I.A.L perks at level up.
Regarding perks, I haven't fully decided yet. That's actually part of my idea: I don't want to be restricted to playing the game in a certain way, such as going on a cheap bobblehead run in early game, or having a strict plan for perk selection. The perks I open up with my S.P.E.C.I.A.L choices are the ones I find important, so I will try and get most of them, although unsure of the order.
"Locksmith" and "hacker" are probably the most important perks for early game, due to how they will border off parts of the game.

That is insane. I'm OK as I have fast internet, but people with slower connection are going to be cutting it fine.
There are some weird omissions: Brad, Rebecca, Zach, etc. Wonder if there's an interesting story behind that.

Even if you do have fast internet the PS4 is still slow. I have it wired and a 70Mb/s down connection and I'm lucky to get half that.

Someone... I thought was a friend linked me a picture of some jackass 4chaner on chat roulette spoiling the ending of F04 for people. I know how the game ends. I'm still going to enjoy it... but man what a shit way to start such a great week in gaming. I avoided every thread like the plague too. Didn't watch a single stream or anything.

This game has gotten alot of people heated, but man if alot of people aren't out to ruin fans good times. It's mind boggling how far these people will go.
I read somewhere on subreddit and gaf that some NPC will say your name also. Not just codsworth

They are. Sometimes they get stuck and voice is continuing but subtitles freeze (happens quite often for me, lets say 3-4 times per hour). Then sometimes the timing is just off (like delayed somehow) which happens also that often.
I am not sure why something like that got through QC in the first place. It is really annoying to me, as I am no native speaker in english and kinda need the subs sometimes.
It terms of variety - yes, but dialogues and writing are very cringy, coupled with the new dialogue system it's just unwieldy.

It really sucks when that happens. Ever since having a Game of Thrones spoiler ruined in Twitch chat (and that was completely unrelated to what was being streamed) I've just always disabled all stream chats as priority one, even when I'm not anticipating a new game or TV show, and only trust sites like this to share hype legitimately.
