Then why's Alabama there?
The committee's putting SoS high up there it seems; Big 12's backloaded; if they win out, they'll be there. Same with Iowa State.
To be fair Alabamas one loss are better than all of those no loss teams.

Kansas state is 3-6.
Well they were 3-1 at the time. I'd still rank a KSU win over a Temple win.
Indiana and Minnesota are a hell of a lot better than their records indicate, but there's no way I'd think of including them in Iowa's quality wins (Pitt, Wiscy, and jNW.)Oklahoma St.
Two quality wins (KSU, TCU) over ND's one (USC)

Nebraska should hire him.
It's going to be hilarious when inevitably the committee tries to justify Notre Dame getting in over a Big 12 team because the Big 12 doesn't play a championship game.
WOW. Guess those Miami rumors were true
e: Charlie Strong resigned
I'd put a 2 loss Stanford in over a 1 loss Baylor, TCU or Okie State.
wait wat
you mean carrying him off the field on shoulders didn't help keep the Strong Man?
sorry. I edited. Some writer got fooled by a fake account and RTd it. Live and learn![]()
The AD and President both publically and privately support Strong. He's not going anywhere.
Vote of confidence are always good
Any good chance of UCLA going to a decent bowl game if they can find a way to beat Utah and USC?
It is kind of weird for me to see them talk about getting rid of Les. Tons of schools would love to have him right now.

Biggest mistake of their lives. The AD and President both publically and privately support Strong. He's not going anywhere.
We almost hit 80 today... Suppose to be hotter tomorrow..I hear San Diego is lovely this time of year.
I'd put a 2 loss Stanford in over a 1 loss Baylor, TCU or Okie State.
so, anyone see this news before now?

Hope he gets better soon.
I'm fine with the B12 right now.
This weeks game poster:
We've got enough random dice rolling, though we could use the luck
Since the Big 12 is the best Iowa State will ever do, I'd certainly hope you're okay with it.
Really liked these last year. The 2015 versions have been pretty bad though.
We already a had a "lucky" coach in the last guy. I'd rather have a good coach.
Some rumors floating that something may have happened to Zeke this week, but nothing really solid as of yet
Urbz will find a way to sweep it under the rug.
Malik has been battling some stomach virus for a while now. Kind of suspicious that this has gone on for a month. Hope it's not something bad.

But It's an odd numbered year... I thought that meant the rumors this year were supposed to be for Saban to go to the NFL.
Popo:
Have you heard all the rumors going around right now? It doesn't look good at all.
Oh, shit. Flood is getting another year then?
"When I was the offensive coordinator at Rice in 2007, there was an elite quarterback coming out of Stratford High in Houston. He made it very clear: If Texas didn't offer him a football scholarship, he was going to go to an academically minded school".
Wouldn't this be "good" news?He was going to get fired for cause earlier this year, he lawyered up and we brought NCAA investigators and a firm specializing in NCAA compliance and are going to drop the hammer on him,
Wouldn't this be "good" news?
So Brown didn't offer Andrew Luck, either? How does one person fuck up their job so thoroughly? Edit: I guess I could have read the article instead of googling Stratford High quarterbacks...http://www.campusrush.com/tom-herman-houston-cougars-head-coach-education-1336562958.html
This was an article about Tom Herman but this line caught my eye.
I'm focusing on getting rid of Flood. Quit being a "glass half empty" sort of guy.Well, bringing in NCAA investigators and a firm that specialized in compliance isn't usually a good thing.
We almost hit 80 today... Suppose to be hotter tomorrow..
Also of note is that Texas didn't take a QB at all in that 2008 class, so it's not like they already had another guy committed over him.So Brown didn't offer Andrew Luck, either? How does one person fuck up their job so thoroughly?
Why? Who asked for this?
Well, bringing in NCAA investigators and a firm that specialized in compliance isn't usually a good thing.
Pretty good article on the ever existing chip on sparty's shoulder and why it makes them one of the most dangerous teams in all of CFB.
