My 2013 E3 preorders (not those games) were all $60 before discount, $40 after discount. Infamous, MGSV and FFXV.
It literally says on the order confirmation page that they wont be coming until tomorrow morning

Oh Amazon, please keep on screwing up. So she decided to make a seperate order for Zelda, but said she'd have to adjust the price manually. Well.. looking at my order now

Don't remember Zelda but I highly suspect it was $59.99. Xenoblade X and #FE were both $59.99 for sure, as I still have my pre-orders for those (which sadly meant I missed out on $15 Xenoblade X but whatever).
Don't think I'm going to get the Dragon Quest games (never played one before, dunno if I'd like them anyways, already have too many franchises I own multiple games from and have never finished a single one), so I think my final tally is

Zero Time Dilemma I'm not sure about either (speaking of franchises I haven't played but own multiple entries of) but I'm more certain I'll like it at least.

Think there's a chance they might add new games tomorrow? I'd love to get a preorder for Pokken and Gravity Rush 2 but they aren't on either site.
Preorder both now and cancel one later.

Yeah just PS3 and Vita.
I'm going Vita because there's really isn't much of a difference in how they look, they apparently perform the same, and I have a PSTV if I want to play on my TV. If it was on PS4 i'd have gotten it there but *shrug*.
You can also try adding your visa debit to your paypal account and use paypal as your method of payment for Best Buy.

Just an FYI: The standard version of The Division for PC on amazon is not eligible for the 30% off promo, even though it's listed on the website under the promo page.

You shall receive. I also had 3 more sets of 3s from Amazon that was done at the time, thought the orders had to be 3 games only.
The price was the preorder time, so the -30% promo only is applied after shipping.

I got the Vita version. Everything I read suggests the only differences are a) shadows are slightly worse on Vita, and b) loading times were worse before the Japanese version was patched, but are apparently on par now. Meanwhile, I can take the Vita version with me wherever I want and suspend/resume whenever I want.
Best Buy is very unlikely, I definitely wouldn't bet on it. Amazon is only slightly more likely, mainly because the promo is apparently up until December 3/4 (but don't rely on this, get your orders in before Best Buy ends their sale just in case!).
Though that said, maybe the Best Buy sale also ends December 3/4? I actually don't know.

BB just sent me my confirmation emails for my two orders. Still can't see anything on the website, but at least I know now that the orders went through.

YES! I already had a Zelda Twilight Princess HD special edition preordered on Amazon so I was able to get customer service to add a second game to my order and apply the 30% off deal to it by asking very nicely!
