This is where I'm coming from, but I'll admit this. I wasn't the biggest fan of Watchmen when it came out, but I watched The Director's Cut a couple months ago and really enjoyed it. The fight scenes had a weight and power to them that you usually don't feel in a lot of comic films. I wasn't that impressed with Man of Steel, but I think that if he was following the right script, he could make a vicious take on a superhero.
I haven't see Man of Steel since it came out, so I might need to give that another watch as well. My issue with that film had more to do with the story than the direction.
My expectations aren't super high for this. I'm expecting some cool fights and that's about it. And I'm okay with that. If it does more, I'll be happy.

That dream sequence looked so silly in the trailers, this further confirms it's kinda pointless. God damn Snyder and his insistence on these cheesy scenes. The skulls one in man of steel was so crap.
On a plus-note though Batman looks fucking great. I'm glad he's not looking so wonky in motion. I have no problems with him at all. Plus visually this clip looks quite nice, just don't see why it's needed.

It's not that people say something negative about these trailers. It's that people say one of the same seven things, most of which are based on a dislike for Snyder's past work, issues with the Superman character from MoS (killing Zod, too dark, etc), or Cavill balding. These things have nothing to do with the trailers or this movie.
It gets tiresome.

lol that really was the biggest selling point of this scene. I mean he could in Dark Knight and DKR as well, but they had to go with a very different approach to the costume. Having the cowl that REALLY looks like the comic cowl with that level of articulation? That's actually super impressive.
No that's fine. People voicing their opinion is ok. Not everyone will like everything.
But when people post "this movie is so bad. This movie is going to do so bad." that doesn't add anything to the discussion.

Zack Snyder deserves the negativity. DC though...I dunno that's just corny nerds taking sides for some reason.
