Agree.
I think it would be cool if after Cor joins the party he tells a story or something of him and Regis back in the day and we actually get to play that.
That would be awesome.

My tears... Lmao its okay. I'm gonna forget by the time when the game releases anyway.
I think it'll be:
-flashback sequence (playable or not depending what's in the tech demo)
-Noctis waking up in an unknown region (might be Duscae) on his way to Tenebrae
-Invasion ofInsomnia occurs
-Travelling back to Duscae/Meeting with Cor
-Trip to Lestallum and Titan event
-Trip to Accordo (through Caem)
The rest is complete speculation but still:
-From Accordo to Tenebrae
-From Tenebrae to Niflheim
-From Niflheim to Solheim/Coastal Area
-Liberation of Insomnia
-Final segment of the game
To the haters who lost faith in the darkest time last year and turned their backs on our Lord Tabata when it was convenient for them.I think this was the best ATR as of late. They showed two videos, one highlighting the great combat, which is a record compared to the stuff they have been showing in the last few active time reports. I watched the whole thing and I was seriously impressed with the game. Confirmation that versus elements that fans have been speculating for the longest time now are not gone is nice, as we did get the names of characters we didn’t see since Versus XII. The purple haired guy (Ardyn), the dragoon (Aranea, Not Luna!), and we also got a name for the old man, plus Glauca (who I think I saw in a previous trailer, this isn't the first time he was shown). These elements kept me excited throughout the ATR, and the combat trailer. Speaking of the combat, it looks incredibly refined and much for fun than what we got in Episode Duscae. There seems to be a bigger focus on doing combos, and crazy flips like in Star Wars. Yeah, the stealth aspect may bring forth elements of MGS, but it is completely optional, therefore I do not really know what people are complaining about (I hope jokingly, anyhow). This is not the first time FF has had stealth either. For me, the variety of weapon use will make Noctis a jack-of-all-trades, essentially. We saw him use a katana at blinding speed, which seems to suggest there is incredible variety in weapons he can use. We have seen daggers, lances, greatswords, katanas, guns, spears, etc. I am sure we haven't seen everything he can use yet either. Moreover, because of the emphasis on ally attacks and such, character switching doesn't bother me anymore much. It looks like there is clear synced teamwork at times, and I enjoyed that for the most part. It doesn't look like a mindless button masher.
Oh, and since we are getting a second demo at the March event, I wouldn't put it past Square Enix to release the game in very late 2016. If the recent events have been any indication, it will probably be December. I mean, this ATR was at the very end of the month, now the March event is at the end of the month on the 30th, and the release date for the game will probably be at the end of a month as well! I am noticing quite the trend. Anyhow, the direction of info in the March event will change to an unveiling of the real Final Fantasy XV, therefore there is bound to be some spoilers there and for E3. After the March event and E3, I'll probably stop watching FFXV related info until release. March is going to be huge. Tabata said this himself, but I really do hope they show a long trailer, a look at Altissia, and maybe a look at Luna more in depth. That is all I want to see before playing the game myself. Since the event is called Uncovered: Final Fantasy XV, I'm certain we will get an in depth look at the cities, combat, the world, and much more.
I'm incredibly excited for FFXV.

I'm incredibly excited for FFXV.
The rumor that chozen posted about a few days ago said October 11, which would make sense. Late September/early October would be perfect for me!

Take with huge grain of salt, obviously (it's the equivalent of "my uncle works at Nintendo"):Can I have a link to this rumour? I'm new here and I don't want to go back pages and pages, lol. Well, I'm just saying that Square Enix have been trolling lately with the dates for events. It sure feels like it.
Well alright. Power to ya.That is all I'm incredibly excited for FFXV.

You have been a member for 6 months and these are your first posts? Should have posted much sooner! Welcome!
but I think the reason why the event is so late in March is mainly due to working with KF since they asked them to host and it probably was just the best date to do it.
This is the Japan date right? The rumor that chozen posted about a few days ago said October 11, which would make sense, though I think mid-September is the likeliest. Late September/early October would be perfect for me!

The approval process took a very long time. Thank you very much! I'm excited to come talk Final Fantasy XV with Gaf! Oh, that could be a possibility but I have to admit I'm not exactly sold on the idea of them hosting. I enjoy the ATR events and I want to see Tabata and the PR guy.

I'm taking it with a grain of salt, yeah but the whole changing the logo thing does not make sense as the goddess is the focal point in the Genesis painting. I imagine she's isn't Etro at all.
I hope it's October 11. That'll be two days after my birthday.
idk why anyone would believe this considering that it's been plastered everywhere for the Uncovered event. It would make no sense to replace the logo.
Yeah it is the focal point. That would be so stupid :lol
Also I said this before but if they were actually going to change the logo they should have done it at the re-reveal, which they kinda did by using different colors but not a whole new logo

At this point in time... I just really want to play the game for its soundtrack! That music in the combat video... Urgh! SO GOOD! Stuck in my head!![]()
Yeah, the new arrangement is amazing and I was already tired of the Night battle-theme. The MGS arranger gave it a refreshing energy and it seemed to me as if there were more sections in the song. It would be perfect if there were different arrangements of the battle-themes in different areas/situations.
I love it when games do that! It's really refreshing and fun to play over the course of the game with different versions of songs, adapted to suit different moments.
On another topic, I'll add that while having VI remade as well is exciting, I would be disappointed if that meant slower progress on new FF's. XVI needs to happen swiftly, but surely. *praying Ito is at the helm for it*
A lot of us are right there with you on that last bit. I hope we get a XVI announcement by E3 2017. I also hope it is a lot longer along than FFXV was at the re-reveal
I'm sure SE has learned from XV and KHIII, doubt they'll reveal games further than 2 years ever again.

Agreed. I can't wait to see FFXVI already! You never know what to expect with FFs, which makes it so exciting. I mean, if you decide to believe Verendus you know that it won't be futuristic and will probably have some sort of summon-traversal mechanics.
Seen that cosplay somewhere. Someone posted it on the official FFXV forums. I'm not a fan of it, tbh. I'm also reallynot a fan of Cindy. She almost seems useless if all she is going to do is repair a car and flaunt her boobs. I hope there is some backstory to her or something. Most of the ladies look determined and badass and then there is Cindy....

It's important to have some contrast - not everyone in the cast can be 100% serious all the time, otherwise things would get unbearably one-note. While her main function is already obvious, I'm sure she'll get at least a little bit of development or some sort of story role, considering they bothered making her a relative of this game's Cid.
