I think this debate ended it for Rubio this election cycle. He will return years from now, he will have his legit shot in the future, but I think Christine totally ripped him up and showed that the supposed Emperor truly had no clothes, at least at this point in time.

He will never get his clothes though. He's another run-of-the-mill politician

She's a seasoned debater, but you're nuts if you discount Bernies performance in the debates. He's done a great job for the most part. You clearly have your blinders on. Bernie would do great against GOP candidate.

He's not good in the debate setting. He's good in a town hall type setting, but he is not a good debater. Hillary hasn't hit him half as hard as she could have. Bernie's response to the ISIS question in the last debate was just terrible. Bernie pivots back to his talking points in a similar way to Rubio, except Rubio is really shit at it. Bernie also has a tendency to shout and yell.

I'm not knocking Bernie. I'm just saying I do not think he would score the same type of victories that Hillary would against Rubio.

2012 and this year have their funny moments, but the 2008 election was truly epic on all sides. Hillary vs. Obama was a brutal cage match that lasted 6 full months, and then...well, nothing compares to Sarah Palin. Nothing.

Don't get me wrong, I'd rather we had a full group of competent politicians on both sides, but if we're going to get the clown car I'm at least going to be entertained.

Ted Cruz is making an enemy out of CNN after blaming them for the Carson story. CNN spokesperson has already come out saying Cruz is "categorically lying to voters and it is astonishing."

It wouldn't surprise me now CNN is going to dig into Cruz's campaign antics in Iowa like no other...and beyond Iowa.
I really hope they do, that shit was disgusting. They did it in a precinct where Carson's wife was attending. Karl Rove was using his math, and said if four of those votes would've gone to Trump instead of Cruz in every precinct, then Trump would've won.

Anyone know who the cute guy on MSBC is? He's on the right....I kinda am into him.

Oh, David Catanese. He could caucus with me sometime....

This year has been better and we haven't even gotten to the general.

Bernie is still my favorite out of everyone but if he debated Rubio it would be the biggest walking-in-circles-fest this country has ever seen. OBAMA vs. WALL STREET/FREE COLLEGE 24/7

You forgot Carson saying just the craziest shit possible for like a straight month or two. Pyramids were built to house grain anyone?

nah this is the quote that takes it

“Someone comes up to a lab worker,” Carson hypothesized, “He knows he’s got the urine; ‘How would you like to have a million dollars?’ A little transaction there…”

“Such things have been known to happen,” he said.

2012 was subpar compared to 2016

a) Santorum (the hateful fucker) was not enjoyable AT ALL to endure. Too frothy
b) Newt was 1990s boring and stale

2016 is way way more entertaining than 2012

Yes Harmain Cain was awesome but he flamed out early.

Donald Trump's bullying of Jeb Bush will go down in history as one of the biggest block shots ever of a major establishment favorite... reduced to the mid-cards

Before Trump enter the field, they were saying this was the greatest assembly of Republican talent in the primary. I can't think of anyone that sat out here, maybe Nikk Haley, there were 17 people in the field...

I just don't agree with it. Nobody really hits the sweet spot. The contenders are a complete wet blanket, a far righter that nobody likes, Trump and somebody who looks good on paper but can't put a campaign together. Of the ones that dropped out you have a smattering of people that had no chance and some disasters waiting to happen (hi Perry!).

They had a lot of people, just not a lot of good ones. Their party is a mess and their candidates show it. If they get it together by 2020 you might see people like Ryan and Haley consider it. This shit show? Nah.

We could roleplay. I could be Hillary. I have a pantsuit. And a wig.

Don't judge me. It gets lonely at night sometime.

I have no standards. I'm going on a 2nd date with a Berniebro. I mean, come on. I can sink no lower.

Well at least you have him telling you the same thing again and again going for you.

"I love you Adam. Blah blah income, blah blah healthcare, blah blah big dick, blah blah."

To be fair to Carson, in the Civilization series, building a Pyramid automatically counts as a granary for every city you own on the continent.

I can see how he would get confused. I've done my share of 12 hour Civ marathons.

Trump says its going to be a powerful wall.

AMAZING.

All ya'll showing me all these sexy mens accounts...

anyone feel Cruz disappeared tonight?

Maybe and I think he wanted to. His shtick doesn't play as well in NH. Stay low key and bide time until he gets further South.

EDIT: Looking at the time breakdown makes me think he definitely wanted to because I would not have place him second in time talking. He was chilling in the cut.
