Yes, yes we were. Some here on gaf got a code, and it worked. I contacted chat this afternoon as I didn't have one yet. They gave me a code, but it didn't work. So they've forwarded the issue to promotions. If you contact them, please report back what happens.
 
Dark Souls III is 66.49 on steam regular price, -8% to about $60 if you own another DS game. Not bad considering we're in $80 game territory now.

Seems like alot of people have gotten scratched discs. Hopefully Viz says something about this in the email they send me back.

They were great when I had a problem with my genesect dvd not having the TCG card in it and sent me a whole new dvd at no extra cost.
 
I'm glad I ordered my fire emblem to pick it up in store. Have this whole weekend to play and my girlfriend is busy all weekend so I'm golden.
 
I never got my SFV code, I hope this amazon chat wont' take forever. Didn't really want to spend the night doing this. :/

Gonna ask if I can cancel my regular FE editions and move the discount to Pokken.

According to my amazon order page, SFV will be arriving tomorrow, but they still haven't shipped my order lol. I assume since I am a prime member, it automatically list that I will receive it on launch day despite it obviously not being true?

Same for me too. Says it will arrive by 8pm PST tomorrow.
 
Amazon CSR wouldn't transfer my discount. :(

I don't know how you guys did it lol, I only managed to get it on Zelda HD since the 30% deal was happening at the time and I could convince them to apply it.
 
The good news on my end is that FE: Fates SE is currently right on schedule to arrive on Friday.

Bad news is that Project X Zone 2 isn't coming till next week.

Nope, still at "we're preparing your order", I live in East coast and the day is almost over. Even if they somehow ship it right now, I doubt it'll arrive in time tomorrow (I live in Montreal). I just contacted amazon and they pretty much said that it will be delivered tomorrow, don't know how that's going to happen, we'll see.

I tried hustling one of them back when bayonetta 2 (the one that also had bayonetta) had that price mistake of being 32 bucks. He was not gonna have any of my shit.
 
Hello everyone. I have a quick question that I really need your help on. I cannot make a thread unfortunately but I am asking it here. Can anyone recommend me a fitness game on the current gen consoles. I dont have a camera for both ps4 and xbox one so given this is going to be an expensive endeavor ( camera + game ) I will love to hear your recommendations before purchasing.

As far as I know Xbox One has Xbox fitness but not sure if it is any good.

I don't think those are as helpful as you just working out yourself unless you prefer some sort of game.

I know you'Re saying Xbone and PS4 but the best fitness "game" is WiiFit U (if you happen to have a WiiU).

It's probably going to be almost as expensive getting a WiiU with WiiFit than getting a Kinect bar with a fitness game and accessories.

Dance Central and Just Dance are solid indirect cardio workouts. With Just Dance 2016, you can download a smartphone app which I believe uses the gyroscope to track movements(so no need for a camera). I've never managed to get it to work on my OnePlus One Android phone though.
 
Fight stick aficionados:

Where do people usually buy their fightstick parts? I was going to order 8 sanwa buttons for my fightstick, but Canadianjoysticks only have 3 buttons of the color I want left, and shipping is 12 bucks, which isn't much, but I wouldn't mind waiting longer for cheaper shipping.

Also, anyone order from focusattack.com? They seem to be the only ones who sell octo-gates for the hayabusa stick, though it's sold out at the moment.

Lastly, anyone have experience adjusting things like getting thicker actuators and tighter springs?


Thanks. I figure I might as well call my local arcade for advice too, but it's the only place in the area that I think would have employees who know.
 
the SF5 thread is one other reason I'm content with not getting this Day 1
i don't think people released how many people were going to be trying to get on Day 1 that the servers were gonna be wrecked
this has happened with a lot of super hyped up games even recently, so i don't really know what they expected

P.S. is the game supposed to be $59.99 on PSN? Could've sworn it was $69.99 when I check last night.

They'll probably adjust the price like they did with Digimon. It was $59.99 and rose to $79.99 after a few days post release. Get it while it's hawt.
 
Got my copy of SFV in yesterday but didn't even check my mailbox until a second ago since I figured there'd be nothing on a holiday monday.
