Amazon says the game is due to arrive today but it hasn't shipped yet. Estimate of February 24th for my TES+.

Amazon Prime here. SFV was not at the arriving today stage a few hours ago. It is now, but it still hasn't been shipped, and says arriving today. As it isn't just me, it seems Amazon just didn't ship out a lot of SFV orders.

This trick will work for any order stuck with bad delivery date. So if you have an item stuck releasing in 2017 or you are getting spam with emails, do that, it fixes everything, EVERYTHING!

Go to the PS store and it won't let me add funds via paypal or credit card, says the credit card info is invalid. Even though I've used this paypal on it before.

Were you told 3 - 5 days for the refund to be credited to your wallet?
I contacted them yesterday, they said that there's a delay and moved back the shipping date to Feb 22-23.

In a fix your best bet might be to order some PSN dollars off of Staples or something. They have a digital delivery option.
That's frustrating. On the bright side, you probably live about 5 minutes from some store that sells PS cards. Grocery stores, post office, 7-eleven...

Sure it does. Cancelling a pre-order costs you nothing but the hassle of going through Best Buy's broken process. If no one does a 30% off E3 preorders deal this year, or if prices go even higher in the meantime, you might feel dumb not pre-ordering.
That said, I didn't pre-order just because I'm not sure I want yet another 3DS dungeon crawler. Is 7th Dragon III supposed to be really awesome or something? I ended up using Aegis of Earth PS4 as my second to go with Valkyria Chronicles Remastered just because it sounded different and it was cheap.

When an order is stock with the wrong shipping date, not updated, ect. You can force it to update* by changing the tracking speed. However, you can select the same speed and it acts as a simple way to update* the order
*By update I mean that the estimated shipping date are recalculated.
Lame. I guess I'll just go down and grab a copy at Best Buy on my way home.
Alright so I called back amazon and the guy I got was able to upgrade me to day one shipping and waved the shipping fees on all my e3 orders. Should arrive Friday at lastest now. Slightly better but still shitty.
Probably going to pick it up at best buy today and return the amazon one when it arrives.

Charged 59.96$ minus 30%.
