Outside of the musical cues, Okay ? Lol.
What did Superman ACTUALLY DO.....in that movie to make someone emotional ?
The only thing I can think of, is when he destroys the world engine AND EVEN THEN....it's the music that drives the emotion there
not his actions.
The scene with Laurence Fishburne and the female reporter who is trapped under rubble and looking into each other's eye as they think they're about to die was more emotional than anything Supes did in that movie.
I remember a little later after that movie came out some people were talking about how you can see Chris Reeve's face on Cavil's

I get it. In Returns, he didn't throw a fucking punch. Boo got damn hoo. Not like he couldn't of thrown a punch in a sequel. No.
I don't understand if the DC fans, the "other" 50% are just desperate or stans. Because got damn, get it together. Lol.
I feel like I'm part of this group of people who can call a movie on its bullshit and still enjoy it. Whereas the people who like Man of Steel are actively choosing the route to ignore this movie's flaws because they feel it's some sort of indictment on it.
Look, I don't like Man Of Steel. I fucking hate that movie. I feel anyone who likes it is a psycho (I say that in jest)....which is funny to me because I'm a psycho. I can identify other crazy people. (I'd like to think....I don't know....Don't judge me, Lol.)
All I am saying is just admit it. That movie has CRAZY flaws that undermine the quality of that film.
In fact. This is how bad the flaws are in that movie. That unknown to ALL OF US. Batman is traversing the city during the final act of that movie.. That is SO MINDBOGGLINGLY COOL.....that it improves the movie tenfold.
I have no problem with the people who like the movie. It's their reasoning I CAN NOT understand.
Seriously. Thank you Hans for that soundtrack.
